Our stay was really noisy, we had terrible sleeps, because there was people walking the halls all the time It smelled like marijuana often And the manager seemed to not like anybody. The staff seemed afraid of her The staff was very nice

The manager was extremely unfriendly and never willing to help The rooms were fairly dirty, the rest of the staff was nice

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable building and rooms. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and started warm. Reasonable rates.

I asked for a quiet room . My room was on the bottom floor . There was a huge smokers ashtray directly out side my window. I asked for it to moved away from my window to the end of the building. Lots of room to stand and socialize no problem. It was moved 3 feet! I needed quiet to sleep as I was working all weekend. Don’t waste your money or time . My bed was rock hard and my room had ants. If you don’t get to breakfast early enough, expect no fill ups . Very nice staff . Poorly run.

I found the rooms to be quite unclean. There was a fair amount of dust behind the microwave on top of the fridge, and there was some sort of liquid spill down the side of the fridge. The edges of the bathroom sink were dirty as well as the tap. The room hadn’t been vacuumed, and I found a random pill on the floor when we entered the room. After 4 or 5 days being there, I asked if we could switch rooms because we had had two bad sleeps in a row because of the noise. There were dogs on one side of our room, and a dog across the hall from us who barked every time anybody walked by. When I asked the manager, she immediately told me that she had to see the room right away. When we got there she told me that it smelled like smoke ( it didn’t at all) neither my husband or I smoke and the room was fairly clean at that point, because I had cleaned it myself. The manager was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. They were out of towels, most of the time that I asked when the housekeeper came by in the morning… so I would have to walk down to the front desk later on and pick some up most days. The rest of the staff was pleasant. But the manager definitely needs a lesson in customer service. I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it

Walking into the building… dog poop outside at the door had to pick up suitcase . Lack of towels in bathroom. Wry dated room. Extremely old microwave with a turn table that didn’t turn. Not worth the price. Bed was comfortable.

The gentleman when we checked in was nice and friendly, the room is basic and a little outdated, but not dirty. The heat was barely on and the fridge was warm. The outlet on the brick wall was not secure and made it difficult to plug in our chargers. The morning of check out the tv in the front lobby where you have breakfast was off, and there was an uncomfortable silence in the space so we brought our breakfast back to our room, the man at the check out was ok not rude at all but not friendly. The bed was not uncomfortable, it was not noisy, fine for the price we paid.
