When I checked in I was told that the third party i used credit card had declined payment. Took a bit to sort it out but eventually I was checked in. The room was adequate and clean. Almost passed out from the heat. They had a notice at the front desk advising customers DO NOT TOUCH THE HEATER. I eventually unplugged the system in order not to pass out. I couldn’t get the shower to work so I ended up taking a bird bath. The bed was so worn. Im pretty sure this was my last time using Super 8. The receptionist was not friendly at all upon check in. The receptionist at checkout was pleasant and friendly. Toilet pressure was low. Room was very clean tho

Everywhere they had posted “No Smoking “. I even had to sign that I would be fined if I smoked. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke the entire time. The coffee was barely Luke warm and I got it at 8. The bed was very comfortable. I asked for an ice bucket and no one could find one. I needed change for the soda machine and was told there isn’t any change on the premises. The front desk ladies seemed nice, but limited in provisions. The shower was nice and hot enough.

A good accommodation for the money. The manager and staff are very friendly and professional. I took care of me during my one-night stay. The facility needs an update and as they say it only takes money. Green River Wyoming has a great outdoor/ off-road/ tourist attraction potential.

The inn itself was not handicapped friendly. Fortunately we were on the lower level. The floors in the hall and the room were not only unlevel but they were uneven. There needs to be some major construction on what seems to be a very old building. The breakfast was not on the par with Wyndham standards and really not even what I would consider a continental breakfast. It was not even a continental snack. The service was far beyond the building. They were very polite and accommodating. They should be transferred to an inn that is worthy of their expertise.

Rooms were decent but rest of property definitely lacked maintenance and upkeep. Cards were a pain as they kept demagnetizing. We tried to keep them away from our phones but later we found out you couldn’t even keep your keys close to it. That is almost an impossibility. Good location but that’s about it. The outside is a disaster, was skeptical of what I got into. Room was clean, bed soft, restroom clean and organized. The only thing off was the AC, ran all night room did not cool off, slept with no sheets or blanket. Oh, and the outlet above the desk only had one port that worked so had to turn the desk against the outside wall in order to plug my laptop in. Overall, a good stay.

Downtown Green River

Nicki at the front desk was terrific. Parking was convenient. Situated in a rundown Old Downtown area. Room was fine. Stained carpet, but otherwise very clean. Comfy bed and pillows. AC/Heat Control was hard to reach and fan was loud, but worked well. Glad to have mini fridge and microwave. Lightbulbs out above sink. Hot water for tub. Very quiet. Restful. Lackluster and messy/rundown breakfast serving area but coffee was good. Would have been nice to have more options for food. Office area was very neat. I hope someday the downtown area could be rehabbed!

Great staff, building NEEDS improvement

I want to start off by saying the staff is very accommodating and so so kind. Our TV wasn’t working when we got to the room and they made sure they got everything working before they left our room. The building and room itself needs some work. The carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty. There was still a dirty towel hanging behind the door. The beds are very worn and really need to be replaced. The heater/AC in the room was not working properly. The heat is either on full blast or the unit had to be turned off. When we initially walked into our room it was a stifling 90 degrees. Because it was not bearable to leave the heat on through the night, there were some very cold nights. Would have been nice to have more than two bedsheets on the bed. There was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower or sink. After ice fishing all day, having to take a cold shower was torture. Again, the staff is here SO KIND! They greeted us every time we came in and left. But this building needs some major improvements.
