Overall a good stay!!! beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. Yes the elevators are slow but it's a vintage hotel so i expected that.

Windows were dirty or foggy so ‘oceanfront’ view was a stretch, bathroom was a little teeny and elevators were a long wait, plugs in lamps didn’t work… otherwise it was pretty and vintage, great arcade and convenient shop in the lobby. Front desk staff was pleasant, in the beginning.

I have stayed there before and this time it was horrible. Got there it was har in the drain dii in don’t get it cleaned for 2days. When they is clean the room they didn’t vacuum and when we went to complain they got an attitude and was very disrespectful the property was very dirty the pool area was not kept well at all when it rained it rained in the pool.

The elevators were not working properly. There was no knob on shower door. The lights in the bathroom were flickering. Not all staff was pleasant.

The only issue I have with the unit is the elevators the elevators don’t work properly and the lack of housekeeping that’s supposed to come in and clean the rooms. The swimming pool area was too much people, and it was not clean at all and we had to cut our swimming pool time short will I go back to the hotel? Not really there’s nothing really to do there especially for a child.

The elevators were so long to wait for and were always full when it finaly opened on the floor you are, it was like a joke between other people that were there because every one was thinking the same thing it was kind of funny but also a waste of time.. Ancient elevators which are small and slow. Everyone had to wait for 15-20 min during check-in. Ice machines are broken, had to walk three floors to get ice (fortunately, fire staircase allowed re-entry). Hot tub was great, though -- very quick to fill up, good water temperature right away.

My stay at this hotel was horrific and I mean that internally. I traveled here with my daughter and it was disgusting we were on the 10th floor the wait for the elevator was about 20-30mins each trip to the room and outside. We took the steps to save time to enjoy our trip. While walking down steps we seen a used condom on the floor which was disgusting how was I supposed to explain the disturbing image to my toddler ? Tis was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I will return.

The elevator service is terrible!!!

This property looked beautiful from the pictures posted online. It is not, it is old and not maintained. I had requested 2 rooms close or adjoing at reservation and had been asked to call the morning of by your manager, Jennifer. I did as requested. Upon check in, I get a snarky comment from your desk staff member that "oh, yeah, we've ALL talked to you". Several of the elevators did not work. We had to wait for 5-8 minutes just to get an elevator. Once we took the stairs down to avoid the elevators since we were only on the 9th floor. There was trash and broken liquor bottles in the stairwell. Rooms had very poor lighting. I had dropped my charging cord behind the table and was disgusted by the amount of dust and grime when I reached down to get it. There was a huge hairball in the shower. To top it off, when we left after checking out, our truck had been hit in the parking garage. I guess the old saying, "you get what you pay for", is correct in this case.

The experience overall was good. My only issue was the curtains not closing, some lamps not turning on and the TV going in and out of service. The view from the window wasn't very nice but the room service was nice and the whirlpool was very relaxing

Only Three Elevators Worked On Easter Weekend , One Garage Can In The Room.

Bathrooms are very small. Lighting was not bright and the bathroom was missing light bulbs. The elevators took forever to go up or down. The Vue was a cool spot with awesome wait staff. Check in and out went quick and easy.

Only one elevator works we have to wait for 20 minutes because we was at the 12 floor inside of the room needs maintenance
