I have a concern regarding the price. I paid Expedia $73.11 when I booked to room. I was charged another $147.26 when I checked in. I know there is a resort fee but that is quite a bit.

When you arrived we authorized 50.00 per night for your security deposit and 23.63 per night for resort fee and taxes. When you checked out we released the 100.00 hold for the security deposit. It takes 7 to 10 business days to no longer see the pending hold and only see the charge of 47.26. Thank you

The rooms were comfortable. The poker tables were fun. The pool area was nice. The only negative was the Capriottis sub shop. It was the most horrible example of a Capriottis. They seriously should restaff or shut down to preserve the brand.

This is a property that I frequent quite often. Fantastic view of the river and no matter what room they put you in basically you have a lovely view. Laughlin is a really cute little town. Only thing missing honestly is refrigerators in every room, the microwave I can do without lol! But that wouldn't hurt either. Because if we get something down the restaurant downstairs we want to finish it the next day as my roommate is my travel companion and I also do a lot of photo shoots at the hotel. As it stands now I would give it three and a half Stars.

The location on the river is nice. They have a river walk between 5 casinos. Rooms are dated but nice. The little 32 inch TV does not fit the room. Needs to be updated.

Housekeeping is a real struggle - you have to request towels, water, etc and then they still miss stuff. I made my reservation a month ahead and ended up with a handicap room. The shower was impossibly small and the bathroom flooded from the shower.

First room did not have hot water. Second room smelled like urine. Both rooms were not very clean. I suggest you use cash for the vending machines as it takes money from cards. View of the river was nice.

I liked that it was near to the mall and In and Out. I am sorry to see that the mall is closing and that the movie theatre is closed there. I was disappointed in the “river view” because you could only see it if you had your face right up to the window, and the air conditioner was in the way to do that. I thought I would be able to sit and watch the River go by.

Great parking and ease of check in- property is a little dated and my room had cigar remnants in the trash can on what should have been a non-smoking room. Overall a great value for the price!

The property was ok. No big issues, other than parking lot so far away and the valet parking not advertised as avail to all for cost of tips. Room #19934 had a great view of sunset over the mountains, but car was parked very far away. Bathroom shower was AMAZING but counter could use updating. Quiet hallways and easy access to hotel check-in and was thankful NOT to have walk thru casino to get to room with all our luggage. Carts access would have been nice. Could have used more food choices...Denny's to pricey steakhouse, left limited options. Did enjoy the pricey Pink Box donuts...but early morning is the time to go so as to avoid lines. Disappointed that true penny slots 1cent/1 credit are becoming harder and harder to find, but we did still find a few tucked away. Overall, good evening. But did not feel I needed to return. Lack of free music entertainment like at Aquarius was odd for a Sat eve. Love the riverwalk!

The casino was great. In the room, the bed and pillows was conformable, but the showers were disgusting, the tube was yellow and in the other room it was yellow and dirty, it had hairs in the side of the top tube.
