I had an unpleasant experience with the staff during my recent stay. The receptionist's demeanor was unwelcoming, giving the impression that guests were not valued. I had initially reserved a King size room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, I was assigned a Queen room without prior notification. When I realized the discrepancy and approached the front desk for clarification, the receptionist was dismissive. She informed me that no King rooms were available and bluntly suggested that if I was dissatisfied, I could choose to leave. This led to a situation where I felt compelled to contact the authorities for assistance.

People wandering outside at night created a disturbance. Weren’t guests of the hotel so not sure what staff could have done.

I am sorry if people outside made you feel uncomfortable in any way. We are located near several bus stops and so there are often people walking at night getting to and from their bus stops. Although they may not be guests, if this situation ever does arise in the future, we would be happy to report any disturbances to our local police to have them do a wellness drive-by. It was an ok property. Not real new or clean in the halls. My room smelled like smoke and she helped me change rooms, but I was so tired, it was just one more issue that day.

My Disabled mother and her friend had a terrible experience. My mother was in tears! They only stayed for one night, and was charged for the full 3 nights. 2nd, she paid for two queen beds and only had one. 3rd, the room was damp and musty. 4th the room had the remains of dead bed bugs and bed bug poop that was left uncleaned. At least they were told that they were dead. Staff was very rude and mean, both upon arrival and when asked about the bed bugs. Her friend felt he was trying to gas light them. Either way, even if the mess was from a past infestation, shouldn't it have been cleaned?

If the matter left in the room was indeed from an infestation, then that absolutely should have been cleaned and that is not up to Marriott standards! Not very clean
Bad smell in the room, we was told it’s Ohio water and in the pipes. There was hair in the shower and sink. Hair on the bed. My wife took all the linen off and went and washed it since they didn’t want to give us new sheets.

It was nice and clean, but the room only had one chair and one desk chair. Would like a couple of matching chairs that are comfortable. Also would like a free breakfast included. (They currently charge for breakfast)

This property has not been updated from the outside like seen in the pictures on Google. It is the old style and needs a lot of building updates. The inside has been remodeled like the images but overall the wear and tear of the building's age is apparent throughout. Staff was friendly and there is a pay breakfast/coffee option available.

USB ports for recharging devices did not work. It took a very long time for hot water to get to our room. We made reservations for 5 people, but the desk lady would only give us 2 towels. No channel guide in the room. The breakfast lady was excellent, as well as the food preparation and presentation. She was very helpful.

They didn’t let me check in saying I canceled and I told them I didn’t. Then I asked if I just purchased a room outright they said they were sold out. Left me and my 10 year old daughter stranded sleeping in the truck for the night.

I reserved a 2Q bed non-refundable room and when I got there they gave me a K bed with twin pullout couch. I had 4 people, so that wouldn’t work. They tried to make me pay for a second room, which I finally got them to comp since it was their fault they didn’t give me the room I reserved. It took a lot of arguing and a call to BonVoy to get them to accommodate us. It was extremely frustrating.
