저렴한 가격에 깨끗하고 안락한 숙소입니다. 객실이 좁기는 하지만 가격이 저렴한 것을 감안하면 훌륭합니다. 출장이거나 커플이 숙박용으로만 사용한다면 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 로비층에는 식당과 카페도 있습니다. 공항과 가깝습니다.

아부다비에서 두바이쪽 방향 외곽에 위치한 호텔로 근처에 그랜드모스크가 있어 짧은 시간 체류하며 아부다비를 관광하고 두바이로 택시로 이동할 여행객들에게는 최고의 호텔인것 같습니다.(두바이택시요금 한화 75000원 정도로 2~3명이서 이동할 것면 택시 탈만합니다.)

The pictures and the stars given to the property is deceiving. The hotel is 1 star at maximum , charging high prices for broken beds and curved mattresses a price of high quality hotels. The room was very small and tight, I checked out in the middle of my stay and looked for a different hotel. It’s a ripoff for what a hotel should be. The AC was hot, the TV was smaller than an airplane TV, the furniture was not changed since 2012 or even before. I regret using this hotel, never again!!!

Stayed here one night despite booking a two night stay. The room was very noisy, the bed had one single pillow, the shower was leaking and had one towel! I called the room service staff around midnight and got no answer. The window was broken and had no handle to shut it! I spoke to the front desk staff in the morning and explained the situation and was tossed from one person to another. The staff told me a manager would talk to me after she leaves her meeting, which she did. The manager; Tatiana spoke to me and made it seem as it the guest responsibility for the maintenance of the room! Horrible experience all around. I check out immediately after the first night and vow to never use ibis on any trips. I’ve been at several Accor hotels in the past but this one was by far the worst. I never leave a bad review as most facilities make it right once an issue is brought to their attention. The staff and management cared less about the guest and played a defensive role rather than resolve the situations I will never be back and would not recommend the hotel. Abu Dhabi is a beautiful city. What a shame hotels like this aren’t maintained and where the staff needs education on world class customer service.

The staff in the hotel is amazing! I stayed here during the formula 1 week and was on crutches. It did not matter how busy it was if I needed help they would drop everything and came to help me. Beside that the rooms are very spacious and convenient. The only downside for me was that the pool does not have sun in the morning. The sun arrives at the pool at around 3 but I was in track at that time. For the rest the stay has been beyond amazing! I would definitely come back here for my next visit.

Incorrectly placed in a smoking room
I thought I had booked a non-smoking room but when I arrived I was informed that there is only one option of a non-smoking room with two beds, so they put me in a smoking room with one bed. I am not a smoker so I was unable to sleep and got sick. I had a horrible night. Please make sure to inform non-smokers residents at the hotel that the smoking rooms smell very strongly and they may have a bad experience if they stay in one next time.

I was given free late checkout by the lovely Su at reception she was ever so gracious and very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Overall experience was good. However, worst part of stay was no hot water for showering on the 3rd floor. I figured it was temporary but I was wrong. No hot water the next morning as well.

This is not a hotel to spend your vacation, to me is a hotel to spend one night before boarding a flight. It seems like it is mostly for people coming for work, as I encountered many who were coming from work. The rooms are small and so are the bathrooms, outdated and not well talking care of.

We would like to inform you that Ibis hotels around the world share the same provided services, including the size of the room/bathroom. The size and images of the room are also available on all booking portals to ensure that potential bookers would know the room size and design well in advance. At Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate, we do have apartments that are three times bigger than a regular room, however with a different price. We hope to see you soon, in order to provide a better service, at any of the Accor hotels, including the Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, which has larger rooms and different concept.
