Room was clean and spacious. Great location, walkable to Town square and restaurants. AC unit was loud, however weather was nice abler to turn it off. Would stay here again.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire property appeared filthy and completely neglected. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned, there was a dead bug in the bathtub, and the room looked like it had not been properly maintained or cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling was literally crumbling, which made the entire place feel unsafe and run down. Everything about this hotel felt dirty and poorly cared for. I would never stay here again under any circumstances. Highly do not recommend. Steer clear of this place.

Upon arrival 4:10pm my rooms were not ready for check in. We were given the keys but when we got to the room they were still being cleaned. We had to wait 45 minutes before one of the rooms were even available. The walls were moldy. Ceiling was damaged. The bathtub was dirty stained. The bathroom walls were molded. Room had a stale smell. One room we woke up to water bugs on the floor. Overall disgusting!!! Would never ever again!!!!!

Very disappointed with this stay. The room was not clean upon arrival. The bed sheets, pillows, and comforter all had visible stains and an unknown substance on them. There was also a bug found in the bed, which was extremely unsettling. The bathroom tub had a dirty ring/stain, so we did not feel comfortable using the shower. On top of that, the room smelled stale. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were far below expectations.

I’m not sure if they were doing renovations but it was like night and day mine and my families room at this hotel. My fiancé and I got the room on the picture and my dad and grandparents got a nightmare. With roaches and pee smelling mattresses. I have never been more sorry as this was for my graduation and I asked them to go here. There was barely anything for breakfast. Things just weren’t clean in all rooms. Our sheets weren’t clean, the vanity has dirty spots.. the list goes on. Please save yourself the trouble. This place is for one night.. if you really have too.

This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now.

Rooms are dated. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder. The first room had no shampoo or conditioner holder in the bathroom. We woke up after the first night to roaches all over the walls. We were able to get a new room, (on the second floor). It was a bit cleaner, and the shower did have the shampoo and conditioner holders, but still no toilet paper holder. There was a big cob web on the ceiling and there was a lot of dust on the AC unit. The breakfast had no hot food, there were no waffles. There was only cereal, yogurt, and breads (toast, muffins, and bagels) The only saving grace was the staff was polite, and understood the need to change rooms due to the roaches.

The room had a funny smell, walls were dirty, shower had dark mold or mildew surrounding tub, in and out, tub held water due to warp, and rings could be seen in these puddles. Toilet lid was barely attached to toilet. I would have tried to tighten it myself, however there was brown residue around this area. The sheets on the bed dis appear clean though.

I pre ordered the king size suite and when I got there, they were all dirty still at 8 at night. I was downsized to a king bed room and didn’t receive a credit of any kind. And there was a lot of activity going on last night outside. Like a young person party

Our room was recently remodeled and was nice and clean. Great value for the price. We like that this location is easy to walk to from a few restaurants. 10 min walk to downtown area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great (Huey’s). Had a few issues with our keys deactivating but the guy at the front was very helpful.

I liked how they had a restaurant on the property if you didn't feel like driving anywhere. And the property was close to the school so I didn't have that far to go.

Very nice for a quick getaway. It was located five minutes away from my family function. Breakfast was good but there were plenty of option in walking distance. Walmart was nearby as well. Room was clean and it had a nice tub. Plenty of washcloths and towels.
