This B&B is well located for the centre of Bordeaux but a short walk on a quiet street. Our Maquis de Termes room was spacious with a comfortable Queen bed, and a small balcony which was pleasant to sit on in the sunshine.
The hotel is well connected for the hotel bus and tram network.
I didn't realise check-in was 5-8pm but so after calling me to let me know they sent me entry details by whatsapp which were straight forward to use.
Breakfasts a mix of pastries, meats, cheese, cereals etc and a good amount of food. On our last day we appreciated they left us a packed breakfast in the room fridge as we had an early flight.
Would definitely return. The only thing which could have been improved was the housekeeping. There wasn't a spare toilet roll in the room (so I took one from the communal toilet half way through our stay when we needed it). Also, the shower was spraying water from one of the joints which meant the bath mat outside the shower was soaked all the time. I expected they would have topped up the toilet roll and maybe changed the bathmat (or fixed the shower) but it was still on the floor where we left them each day. There was a radiator we used to dry it out but I don't think it was ever fully dry.
Otherwise we had a great stay and I would recommend this place to others.
