Buenas tardes Pablo, sentimos que su estancia con nosotros no haya sido lo que esperaba y como siempre intentaremos mejorar en lo que a sus quejas se refiere.Nuestro establecimiento es un Hotel de 1 estrella por ello no contamos con recepción las 24h, en cualquier caso como le indicamos en recepción hay un número directo donde pueden llamar y le atienden al momento. Para la reposición de las toallas, como aparece en los carteles informativos de los baños, si quieren reponerlas solo tienen que dejarlas en el suelo de la ducha, en caso contrario entendemos que colaboran con el ahorro del agua y cuidado del medio ambiente.Con respecto a los problemas de la nevera, como le indicamos son neveras pequeñas (tipo minibar) y tras ser chequeada tanto durante su estancia como después, sigue en funcionamiento.Sentimos el mal entendido con respecto a nuestros servicios
