You are important to us!It saddens us to know that we have disappointed you with our design. Your feedback has been taken very seriously and has been forwarded to the relevant departments for their review.About the entrance, we had a problem with the door sensor so we had to wait the technicians it during the Christmas holidays and they promptly fixed, moreover we have another entrance just beside the main door without steps, accesible.About the Spa, we sell it for private use because can fit max 4 people so we prefer to not share the service.
