Excellent location. Very friendly and professional staff. The only thing is that I requested two twin beds and I only got one double bed. I had to share the bed. Overall, I’ll go back to this hotel. My go to hotel. I love it.

Hotel bem localizado, com bom estacionamento, bom café da manhã, mas a limpeza dos quartos e a manutenção não é boa. Ralo do banheiro estava entupido, quarto não estava limpo.

There was no water or coffee pot in room and staff would not give us one. We had to buy water from a machine in lobby. Breakfast was good but cold and restaurant immediately closed. Coffee machine in lobby—that’s it, the only amenity. Closest restaurant was a mile away at least. Not a great place to go in winter.

Dear guest,Many thnaks for your coomentaries.It's very importante for us.In fact, we dont have coffee machine in the rooms.We have a coffee shop open until 12:00 PM and also a coffee machine in the lobby. Also, you have a mini bar in the room with water and other drinks but is not included, drinks are not included...you have to pay.In the breakfast, if something is not to hot as you wanted, you have orderer to the employee to give you in the way that you wanted. Our service is in buffet style and probably something went to cold.The restaurants in Fatima close at 9:00 P.M....also our restaurant. With our best regards,

It was convenient to walk to & from the Sanctuary. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast bag to go for our early morning departure was great. I thank the service who prepared the food the receptionist were very helpful. The shower curtain smells spoiled and need washing. There should be instruction how to turn on the ac.
