Overall, for a Holiday Inn, comparatively speaking I rate it poor to average. Simply not enough staff to accommodate clients. Breakfast was not provided onsite because the chef was not able to drive in(snowstorm). We were offered the breakfast across the street at the Residence Inn. Some of the staff did not even know of this change. I was able to check in early, and told the room required the card key to turn on the lights. That’s fine but when I got to the room, it must have been one which was not wired for this. It made it appear that staff was not aware of the nuances with rooms. It was very quiet and pets were welcome. My receipt was not itemized, and I believe I was charged for bringing my dog, although at the website, the fee was either implied and not listed or I did not see it. Overall, poor management.
