Die Fotos von den Zimmern passen nicht überein mit den tatsächlichen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind klein man kann kaum sein Koffer öffnen, da man nicht genug Platz hat. Wir hatten keine Aussicht. Man hat nur ein Gebäude/Wand gesehen aus dem Fenster. Das Badezimmer sollte renoviert werden. An manchen stellen Schimmelt es schon. Positiv: Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker und ausreichend!

The reception staff and breakfast were lovely. The room itself was a bit tired and dated (but comfortable beds, clean and quiet). It is not really close to the Grand Bazaar - either a 20/25 minute walk or walk & tram. But there are several good places to eat close by. It is well worth getting a city travel card so that you can use the tram to get to the main attractions in this area. They are a long walk if it is hot. Decent value for the money

Este hotel está terrible, muy viejo, sin conectores junto a la cama, el baño con puerta que no cierra por completo, tiene un agujero para halar la puerta lo cual hace que se vea todo, además de que la puerta es de cristal templado pero se ve todo, cero privacidad si viajas acompañado. La tina se inundaba e incluso llegaba a salir el agua del baño hacia la habitación. No lo recomiendo para nada

Great location. It's about 2 minutes on foot from Aksaray station. The staff is really kind and the room cleaning is also very polite. The breakfast was also delicious .You can use it safely with security. All staff have such a wonderful personality. Aww., I wish I could speak English more ! only thank you is not enough. I really appreciate . I definitely want to visit again! 素晴らしいロケーション。 アクサライ駅からは徒歩約2分です。 スタッフ全員とても親人柄がよく部屋の掃除も行き届いています。 朝食はビュッフェタイプで美味しかったです。オリーブがとくに気に入りました(笑)。セキュリティ面も安心できます。 帰りは空港までタクシーでした。フロントスタッフは信用できるタクシーさんを呼んでくださり一緒にお願いしてくれました。安心できました。口では言い表せないくらい有難かったです。 ぜひまた訪れたいです!

My partner and I spent 2 weeks here and had a great time. All the staff were great but in particulars our housekeeping lady Sanya was lovely and very accommodating. Always with such a warm smile. As a wheelchair user I found that getting into a little difficult but once in everything was fine. And we did find that staff were always there always in hand to help us. We had room service one night an though the menu was limited the food was good. We had a room on the 6th floor with a Terrace which had an amazing view of the city and the sea. We happily returned next time we go to Istanbul. I did find getting the city was fairly easy for me to wheel around in my chair so would go back. Thank you guys for making our holiday nice and comfortable x

It's a budget friendly hotel that offers amazing breakfast and service. The staff are friendly and even packed breakfast for us on the checkout date because we had to leave very early in the morning when everything is still closed. The staff booked the Bosphorous tour for us where we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel lobby. It's four stations away from Sultanahmet where Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, etc are located. It's three stations away from Grand Bazaar and walking distance to the aqueduct.

Poor maintenance. Small room, bad layout, windows has no view, noisy aircon, 2 single beds instead of 1 double bed, malfunction hand shower, empty shower gel dispenser, no parking (had to use Holiday Inn's parking facility for a fee), only 1 power socket in the room at the dressing desk... Bad experience for this Ramada hotel.

The property is under renovation, the renovated rooms need update to get to standards. Bathroom door are none functional, we did change rooms 2x, then they allowed us to leave, they would not let us leave the first night when we checked in and found out that what we booked online is not matching description, the staff showed us multiple rooms, none of the rooms conditions was worth 100 Euro, difficult experience, property and price are not at value of the area, :(

Horrible stay
Was terrible stay there was construction next door to my room and couldn't sleep or work and I complain many times and they didn't listen and I complain to hotels.com equally didn't care and I ask for a refund they refused i asked them to change my own they refused and they just said it is what it is and I had to live with the noise for 2 full days, don't go there. I went for the brand and I was disappointed

Personal: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Gutes Frühstück Zimmer: klein. Klimaanlage: nur warme Luft, keine kalt Das Fenster zu öffnen, machte keinen Sinn da unser Zimmer direkt über der Abzugsanlage des Restaurants lag. Dementsprechend sehr laut und starker Geruch.

The rooms are not suitable for family for example, mother and child etc as the bathroom has tinted glass, no wall or solid doors and the pedson inside is visible. When asked to cancel 2 nights out of my 3 nigts they didnt. I wouldnt recommend.

Excellent service
We stayed at Ramada for 4 nights and the stay was very comfortable. On the first night we got 2 different rooms on 2 different floors (we were staying with our 2 teenagers). On the next day the manager was very kind and we changed our rooms to a family room and that also for free of charge. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
