매우 친절하였다. 비수기에 갔는데 버스시간표도 프린트해주고 정류장도 알려주고 친절하게 안내해주었다 다음숙소를 찾을때도 애를 먹었는데 전화까지 도와주었다 매우친절하다

Vi havde desværre været udsat for tyveri på værelset. Det blev afklaret og vi fik pengene tilbage, men derefter var der ingen rengøring de sidste 3 dage af opholdet.

Personnel très accueillant, l'hôtel en lui-même est joli avec une belle piscine (transates accessibles), en revanche grosse déception quant à la chambre : - Sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. - Lit soit disant King Size mais qui n'est autre que deux lits simple collés. - Climatisation non réglable à 16° (souffle direct sur le lit, donc très froid la nuit). - Attention à votre placement de chambre, au quel cas réveil aux aurores par le poulailler.. - Et le point le plus important. Tout l'hôtel ne fonctionne qu'à l'eau salée (piscine, douches et robinets compris).

Dear guest we thank you for your comments. We would like to inform you that we do whatever we can to keep you happy and satisfied. Should we know that a/c is to cold for you we would have adapt it. Should you mention that you have a problem with hairdryer we would have supply you with a new one. About chickens of neighboor not much we can do. We are not in the city but on the countryside. All the island is like that. Concerning "salt" water we would like to inform you that we are an island with no rains and this is the water that runs to all places in the island and is not sea water. We wish we had more rains. Please next time do not hesitate to meet us in reception and share your thoughts. We are here to hear and assist you from early morning till late evening kind regards

オーナーのおじさんがとても親切、清潔で綺麗な部屋だった。ただ、立地がフィラではないので、そこがマイナスかもしれない。

AMAZING HOTEL
WOW What a hotel. Beautiful building. clean. close to the black sand beach and all restaurants. Very nice staff. Beautiful clean comfortable rooms. Wonderful swimming pool. I Don't understand why its only 2 or 3 stars... For me, it is a 5-star hotel!

Séjour parfait, rien à redire Chambre confortable, femme de ménage qui passe chaque jour et fait le ménage, vaisselle à fond 2 piscines et 2 jacuzzis à disposition Personnel très sympathique L'hôtel est situé à 2 pas de la plage de Périvolos Moment fabuleux ! Je recommande grandement cet hôtel !

Le petit-déjeuner était très basique et pas varié du tout. Sinon, l'hôtel est calme, à 2 minutes de la plage, très bien situé pour un séjour mixte: visites et plage. La voiture de location nous a cependant parue indispensable car les horaires des bus sont aléatoires.

De kamer was ruim en van alles voorzien, goede airco en koelkast. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het zwembad fijn en vlakbij het strand. Wat ik miste was extra schaduw bij het zwembad.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Proche de la plage, terasses et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié le calm et le service impeccable et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine très zen. Je recommande vraiment !

Süßes kleines überschaubares Hotel, mit 2min zum Strand perfekt gelegen, die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und die Betten bequem. Es hat einen schönen Pool, zum entspannen, mit tollen Liegen.

Good location and nothing more
Good location, near the perivolos beach and the bus stop to Fira. Staff very friendly. But the room is not new, air conditioning very noisy and the WiFi signal is very poor. Breakfast poor too. For the value that I expanded, I don't recommend.

Positives: Very welcoming staff, good beach location for the price, great air conditioning, grounds (when construction is over will look very nice with a working bar) Negatives: Ongoing construction (will end of course), do not fully clean the room during your stay (which I found odd). Others: Didn't try the breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again, but not until the construction is complete.

Prima locatie hotel met leuk personeel
Het hotel ligt vlakbij het strand. Mooi om 's ochtends de zonsopgang te zien. Voor de rest zijn de faciliteiten prima met een zwembad wanneer het te hard waait op het strand. Personeel staat klaar voor vragen en heeft altijd wel tijd voor een praatje, erg gezellig!

Great hotel close the quiet beach of Perivolos. The only thing they need to improve (imo) is the breakfast, but you have a lot of great restaurants close by anyway.

The perfect place to start
Perfect place to start your journey in Santorni, situated near the beach of Perivolos. The hotel has a bus stop and supermarket nearby and many restaurants and bars. At the reception we could rent a car and reserve a trip to the Volcano. The room was ok, only the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Bell'hotel vicinissimo alla spiaggia!
Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza per una settimana in questa struttura. Si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Perivolos, lo staff è molto cordiale e l'hotel è molto ben curato. Non si può pretendere tanto dalla stanza "economy" ma pur sempre soddiafatto!!

Niente di speciale, ma comodo e pulito. Camere spaziose, con frigorifero, bollitore, spazio esterno con tavolino e stendino. Colazione abbondante ma purtroppo sempre uguale. Proprietario disponibilissimo. Come località carina, sul lungomare che è collegato a Perissa vari localetti e ristorantini. Bella la spiaggia e bello il mare, l'hotel offre anche 2 lettini e ombrellone presso un vicino stabilimento.

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach
Great location, very close to the beach but away from any loud music nights in restaurants. Good size rooms and a great breakfast selection.

Hotel semplice e gradevole allo stesso tempo. Personale e gestore sempre sorridenti e disponibili ad aiutare la clientela. Alcune stanze sono un po' datate, ma tutto funziona a dovere (per noi molto utile ed efficiente il frigorifero in dotazione). Le due piscine + idromassaggio sono curatissime. Meriterebbe una stella in più ed è senz'altro consigliabile.

positiva conferma delle recensioni lette prima della partenza, un ottimo albergo a 2 stelle che ne vale 3, in zona tranquilla vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Perivolos che si aggiunge a piedi in un minuto. Consigliati dalla receptions abbiamo approfittato dei servizi gratuiti offerti in spiaggia, ombrelloni e comodi lettini con materassino, wi-fi free e a richiesta servizio di bar o ristorante direttamente sotto l'ombrellone da parte del ristorante di fronte. Sempre tramite l'hotel abbiamo prenotato l'escursione per l'intero giro dell'isola, l'auto per i giorni successivi e il taxi per tornare in aeroporto al rientro così quello all'arrivo. Potevano essere utilizzate indifferentemente sia la prima piscina vicino all'ingresso che quella posta sul retro dove c'era anche il locale per la colazione, con un buon buffet continuamente rifornito dal personale presente. La nostra camera era spaziosa, al primo piano e dal terrazzino si poteva accedere direttamente alla piscina, penso una delle posizioni migliori di tutto l'hotel.

A really lovely hotel
The staff at this hotel are lovely. They are welcoming - even at 7 in the morning when check in isn't until 2pm. The hotel is clean and you have use of two swimming pools, a whirlpool and some water jets. Towels and shower gel are provided. My only (very minor) observation is that we couldn't turn the air con off if we wanted to put the lights on. All in all, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Appearances can be deceptive
We had a wonderful holiday despite the shabbiness of our hotel. The staff were very nice. Linen and towels changed regularly, attractive exterior, lovely blue pools. Sadly, the whole place is in need of a complete refurbishment. One of the pools floors had large broken pieces in the shallow part (dangerous), and several 'bald' patches. The wooden handrail to our room was rotton (chunk fell out during our stay). There was only one sun Brolly by the pool, very little shade. You only got served at the bar room if you stood there a while and hoped a member of staff would see you. The hot and cold water was reversed in our room, which meant that the toilet flushed with (very) hot water, so when sat on the loo your nether regions got a steam bath, the seat was warm and the cistern behind gave an instant sauna! There was a very nasty, rusty, broken metal door fastener(?) on the floor between the balcony doors which could be extremely dangerous if you kept both doors open. The AC was poor, not possible to adjust, and even after asking to have it set colder, felt no difference. We had a 'maisonette', but it was too hot to sleep on the mezzanine so we resorted to the single beds downstairs, which actually were more comfortable..If you like an English breakfast there is only scrambled egg (one batch which, quickly gone), bits of fatty bacon and Greek sausage, very fatty and tastes of liver! These you have to reheat in microwave, make your own toast and spread with Margarine! Very sad.

Posizione ottima per mare e vicino alla fermata del bus (c'è anche un rent car) personale sempre presente a cui chiedere qualsiasi tipo di informazione. Camera molto spaziosa in un complesso bello e rilassante. Ci sarebbe solo da aver la possibilità camera per camera di cambiare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata
