로하스 거리 앞이라 주변지역은 좋았으나 저녁에 소음은 계속 나왔다. 직원들은 친절하나 편안한 스타일로 친절함은 없고 의무적인 친절함이 너무 느껴졌다

마르코폴로 호텔 추천해요 짱짱
욕실 욕조 주변이 그렇게 깔끔하지는 않았지만 호텔 전반적인 서비스나 디자인 그리고 수영장이랑 음식 너무 좋았어요! 특히 호텔 데스크 직원 두 분 여성분 한 명과 남성분 한 명이셨는데 진짜 서비스최고.. 특히 여성직원분은 머리스타일도 그렇고 완전 고급스러우심 처음에 스튜어디스인줄알았음 ㅠㅠ 여기는 얼굴보고 뽑나요?? 무슨 여성직원분들 다 예쁨 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 밥도 맛있고 수영장도 너무 재밌었어요! 스파마사지받으려고 했는데 예약꽉차서 못받고 다음에 꼭 받을거예요!

I heared here is the best hotel and landmark in Davao. Yep. It's right. Really well educated staff and Strictly check the security system. Room is modern and comfortable. I think this hotel is fit for VIP or Business traveller. Not like me, normal traveller.

호텔의 위치가 다바오 시 중심이라 여기저기 업무를 보는데 좋았다. 모든 스텝들은 매우 친절하고 수영장, 헬스장 관리가 잘되어 이용하는데 좋았다. 아침 부페는 여느 다른 호텔과 비슷하다

다바오에서 제일 좋은 호텔이라고 해서 갔는데 결과적으로는 기대 이하였습니다. 객실이 너무 오래돼 샤워기 사용이 불편했고 딱히 다른 호텔에 비해 좋은 점도 없었습니다. 수영장 전망이 좋다고 해서 갔는데 정말이지 기대 이하였고 조식부페에서 만난 직원들은 불친절, 그 자체! 쉽게 말해 가성비가 너무 떨어지는 호텔입니다. 현지 한인들은 가성비 좋고 최근에 지어졌다는 세다 호텔이나 튠 호텔을 추천하더군요. 참고하세요~

다른 여러 나라 도시를 방문하고 비교해보면 부족함이 있는 호텔이지만 다바오 안에서 선택이라면 최고의 호텔임이 분명..또한 다양한 조식이 있어 조금 더 좋은 룸의 호텔이 생기더라도 조식에대한 충분한 메리트가 있는거 같습니다.

The toilet was broken, this was repaired. There was construction work going on outside the hotel, despite being high up, the noise was such that I did not sleep for the 2 nights I was there. I asked for another room, I was told that I would be moved, this did not happen. I asked for a cappuccino coffee at breakfast, I was told, No, it was not included. I explained all of this to the duty manager, who said she would write to me, it did not happen. I had to call over a week later as ask to speak to someone else, before I got any response. This is not what I would expect from a hotel that says it is a 5 star hotel.
