Location was excellent, on the edge of Eastgate area of Cincinnati, and very close to I-275. Lots of dining options, and easy to get almost anywhere on east side of city. Building could use some new carpeting or re-flooring, but was clean & comfortable. We were there during the week, when it was not very crowded; I can't speak as to what weekends might be like.

The first room that I was given had a fire alarm that needed new batteries so it chirped constantly. They moved me to a 2nd room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. I checked out of the hotel after one night, took a monetary loss and went to another hotel.

1) old smoke alarm constant chirping 2) ice machine broken 3) tub constant dripping 3) 5 out of 6 lights not working 4) extension cord from heater in pool burnt and melted 5) elevator permit not posted 6) Housekeeping tried to burst into our room HOURS before check out (while we we still sleeping) and we had the “do not disturb sign on”. Only the extra latch kept him from aggressively burst into our room, it was quite frightening! 7) We then moved the “do not disturb” sign to the key slot so it would be obvious. AGAIN housekeeping came and was pounding on our door wanting to clean it and we had an hour before check out.

Worst day ever. Got a King room and it was dirty. Dirty sheets were on the bed and the bathroom needed to be cleaned.

Step back in time, I enjoyed living in the 80’s and felt like I just stepped into a 1980’s sitcom. Love and marriage to be exact. The only unpleasant thing about this place is the room smelled like the breath of someone who just ate a mustard sandwich and the headboard showed oily handprints of hanky panky I ended up getting some Clorox wipes to take care of all that before bed. Other than that it’s nice and quiet and has great parking.

The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about a restaurant nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, but a little dark-looking at first. The lighting helped.

How is this place rated so high??
I truly do not understand how this place is rated as high as it is. Has to be fake reviews. No one in their right mind should give this a 10. We went into the room and it smelled like a wet dog. We turned on the air conditioning hoping that it would help remove the wet moldy odor. Went into the bathroom and it was dirty. The toilet seat was soiled, dirt on the floor, and the shower curtain was missing. I don't think that the bed sheets had been changed because they reeked of body odor. It was either that, or the smell had seeped into the mattress. We went down to the front desk and requested a different room. They hesitated and then said that they only had one room available to move us to. Since we had prepaid for the room through a web site, we reluctantly took it. Walking in that room was a little better, but not much. Bad smell and dirty bathroom all over again. We inspected the bed sheets and they appeared to have been changed and were clean. One bed had a foam egg crate mattress pad but the other bed didn't. We spent some time cleaning up the bathroom and decided to make the best of it. We will never stay at this place again and would advise others to look at better and cleaner hotels in the area.

Property was not clean. Housekeeping is short staffed per front desk and as soon as entering our room and bathroom, I noticed trash that had not been picked up in the room and hair in the bathtub and on the toilet seat. Very disturbing for a room that should’ve been “cleaned” prior to new guests arriving. Will not recommend this location. As a plus, one gentleman at the front desk was helpful in directing where to throw our trash as housekeeping does not come to your room despite multiple day stay. He also brought us fresh towels in a very timely fashion.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was very clean and spacious. It's worth mentioning that the TV and personal coffee machine are a lot nicer than other hotels I've stayed in. In the morning, we went downstairs and had the free complimentary breakfast. The food options are varied and everything tastes good. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Eastgate Mall and Jungle Jim's. Overall, this place has a luxurious look and feel at an affordable price and we had an awesome Labor Day weekend getaway.

Check them to the hotel late. The TV will start working. When I spoke to them about it they came up to fix it but had an extreme attitude. The next day got to look me around the room. Found that the bathtub /shower had not been cleaned. The toilet had not been cleaned. There were other parts of the hotel room that had not been clean. When I spoke to the front desk about it they said well they had had construction workers to staying at the hotel like that was an excuse not to clean a room before a guess arrived I have stayed at comfort inn& suites off and on since I could remember has always been my number one place to stay but after my experience there I don't believe I will do it again. It was so bad that no one in my family want to take a shower the next day I took pictures of the road and I own a cleaning company. I was absolutely disgusted

the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. kinda had an attitude and wasn’t welcoming. toilet in room was dirty , looked like poop stains. my friends room was the same way. very dated toilet and decor. mattresses were very firm. breakfast was not so great. overall the stay did it’s job, i was able to sleep fine and it was not noisy. the hallways were very hot and smelly

Please run the vacuum
The location and facility was fine. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. There were potato chip crumbs in the elevator, a half eaten pear in the hall way along with more chip crumbs on the third floor hallway. You could tell the place hadn't had a good cleaning for a while. The person on the desk when we arrived was very nice and helpful. Bed and bathroom were clean, but it just wasn't quite there.

The elevator was broken and we were placed in a room on the 3rd floor so we had to lug our belongings up three flights of stairs. We had no hot water in the shower all 3 nights we stayed there. The bathroom lavatory had hot water but a restrictor was placed on the shower and all we had was cold water. The door wasn't a good fit as you could see light all around the door. Breakfast wasn't as good as we've seen at other hotels. Parking was very tight. Won't stay here again.

Unfortunately, this location was the grossest accommodation I have ever stayed in. The building is in serious need of several maintenance calls, and the cleaning was abysmal, and that’s just me hoping theh actually clean the rooms after people checkout. The parking lot is a car accident waiting to happen. The staff was nice enough and the location was quiet. It served its purpose but I would never recommend this location to anyone. Ever.
