Charming but dated
The hotel is very charming but dated. Would benefit from a refurbishment to provide value for money, for example the mattress was old, carpets and curtains and linen were worn, heater was insufficient for room of this large size, no kettle/tea/coffee available in room but had to be requested separately. I paid $ 68 (plus tax) per night, and at that price do not feel I got value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is close to Old Manali (5 minute walk) but the road is narrow and not lit at night, and it gets very busy with autorickshaws and cars.

Friendly and pleasant stay
The look and feel of hotel is antique which looks too good.Staff was very friendly with a very quick and great service. Food is too good. Overall a fabulous stay. The only drawback was the mattresses which were 2 pieces placed together which used to slide causing some discomfort. The advantage advice will be to put a single piece of mattress or add some railings to the side of beds which can prevent the mattresses from sliding.

Unico hotel di Manali con una "location" perfetta
L'hotel si trova in una posizione magnifica, tra Manali nuova e Old Manali, in un parco stupendo. Abbiamo girato tutta Manali e ritengo che questo hotel sia quello che ha la miglior "location". Le camere sono molto grandi, pulite, con pavimenti in legno antico lucidato in modo impeccabile; ma quello che si apprezza è la grande veranda che ti permette di stare fuori, al coperto anche se piove! Hotel da consigliare a chi si trova a passare per Manali!
