Good staffs but smelly rooms
The staffs were excellent, friendly. The location was good. But the rooms were old and smelly. Found a bug and some dusts after getting the cleaning. It was very cheap, so just know what you're losing with saved money.

Pasamos una excelente estadia con amigas. Muy cerca del shopping, muchisimos lugares para comer en los alrededores. Un cine al lado. La atención muy buena y el desayuno excelente. Para volver.

Good breakfast, terrible smell in the hallways and bedrooms that with ac improved some. Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, the TV remote super old with all the channels translated into Spanish and no English option. Little details here and there lights, fridge, shelves, outlets but overall an affordable place to stay in a killer area

I like the room was of a good size. The bed was comfortable. I like the included breakfast that was very good. I like that it was safe and quiet. It is a large hotel of 12 floors and there were a lot of people checking in every day. They have a nice pool on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the area. They also have a complete gym with a spa. I didn't like that there was not a microwave or coffee maker in the room. They offer complimentary coffee downstairs on the first floor.

The staff is the best. Extremely courteous and helpful. They also spoke English. There is a very good restaurant next to the hotel but it is closed on Mondays. The breakfast was ok. More of a European style. The fit/weight room is excellent. There is also a large jacuzzi. The room was comfortable with a balcony although there was no outdoor furniture. The bathroom has a bidet. The shower didn't have a glass that fully closed which left a puddle after I showered. The carpet in the hall was a little stanned. Overall the stay was nice but I would probably stay closer to downtown where more restaurants and clubs were within walking distancie. The taxis were quite expensive. Everything was expensive for that matter.

The place is actually nice however need some attention. Our bathroom was smelling like sewage really bad. The spa area had nice features but was dirty and never had towels after 5pm. The pool area need some serious attention. The lounge chairs were falling apart and the deck was scary to walk on. Breakfast was really nice, small but great items. Staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel is located near to several restaurants and a mall and we were able to walk every evening for dinner. We felt safe. Overall ok experience but would not recommend unless the place goes through a renovation.

Probablement par manque de personnel, mais les femmes de chambre passaient nettoyer la chambre et changer les serviettes vers 19 hr ! Les planchers en vinyle n'étaient pas très propres, tout comme le tapis des corridors.

Excellent choice to walk around, convenient in many ways (grocery shops, restaurants, not that far from bus terminal, etc). Breakfast choices are not amazing but ok. Airport is very far though, so check transportation first.

We stayed here for almost ten days. We first stayed in a suite and had to extend our stay by two days. The first room I wrote a review about already. Don’t recommended the suites. The second room was better, but still wouldn’t go back. The door handle barely worked. There were occasions where we had to get staff to come help open the door and they already knew about the issue, but it hadn’t been fixed. The card slide for power in the room was also not functioning properly and we we had to call for staff to help, again they knew of the issue but it hadn’t been fixed. The water in the toilet kept running. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, but the staff still came in our room to tidy up etc. I had things misplaced because of this and had to go looking for them. No clue if anything went missing yet since we are still traveling. The included breakfast was terrible. The hot tub was gross to be totally candid. The water was yellow and smelled odd. The staff was otherwise friendly and helpful at the front desk. Convenient location. Beds were mostly comfortable which is a bonus, we’ve stayed in far nicer places that had much worse beds. Still won’t go back.

We got a room with a massive balcony that we paid extra for, but it had no furniture on it to use it. The staff we spoke to said there was nothing to do for this. It’s dated and aging with the floors needing replacing, but not the end of the world. Friendly staff. Clean overall. The pool has no sun umbrellas and is cold. The “hot tub” on the first floor was huge, but the water was green and had an off smell to it and the entire area. The included breakfast was different types of bakery items, some fruit, runny egg mixture and Uruguayan style yogurt. The area itself was nice with plenty of options for food, close proximity to the Rambla & beaches. There is no outside sitting area other than the pool area. We might stay here again, we might not. We definitely won’t pay for an upgraded room here again that’s for sure. I wish I could get a refund for the extra we paid for that because it was extra, but unusable space.

muy buen hotel - relacion calidad precio
La verdad es una muy buena opción para alojarse en montevideo, habitación amplia, cama cómoda y todo limpio. Lo único que me sorprendió, al tener muchos huéspedes había que hacer fila para el desayuno. El desayuno, rico y la chica que hace la recepción del desayuno el 14/01 una Genia total, gracias a ella todo fluye y el desayuno esta ordenado y en armonia. La calidad precio del hotel es muy buena, aparte que es de las mejores zonas de montevideo.

Não tivemos nenhum problema, pelo contrário. Fomos bem recebidos, o quarto estava super limpo e confortável. A cama era excelente, grande e macia. Achamos extremamente bem localizado perto de restaurantes, cafes, bares, ponto de onibus e praia. Se tivesse um ponto que poderia melhorar, seria diversificar o café da manha. Pois se voce fica muitos dias, vai achar bem repetitivo pois eles não mudam

Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo neste hotel, acho a localização dele muito boa. Me surpreendeu a falta de cuidado na limpeza. Durante os 5 dias que estive hospedada o chão esteve com as mesmas sujeiras. Além disso, a chaleira elétrica do quarto estava muito suja, com água podre dentro e mesmo depois de colocá-la dentro da pia do banheiro para que a lavassem, nada foi feito, recolocaram na prateleira do armário sem lavar.

Nice hotel reasonably priced. Location good but not central. Adjoining restaurant quite expensive. Nice swimming pool and staff spoke English. One (bearded) person on reception answered ‘well you have now’ when I said that I had never experienced 10am checkout before. I found this a bit rude even if he was trying to be funny.

Filas no cafe da manhã e sem arrumação
Hotel nao esta preparado, cafe da manhã com fila das 7 da manhã ate as 10 horas. Não fizeram arrumação do quarto, quando cheguei a noite depois do dia todo fora trabalhando tive que solicitar a arrumação. Não recomendo.

Prezada BetaniaLamentamos la experiencia que tuvo en el hotel.El hotel estuvo con capacidad full en los dias de su hospedaje y lamentablemente muchos huespdes utilizaron el horario central de desayuno ocasionando demoras en la entrega de mesas entre las 09:15 y las 09:40 hrs, sin embargo, no a las 07:00 de la mañana como usted menciona.Con respecto a la limpieza de cuarto, nuestro frontdesk esta a disposición para la coordinación del mismo una vez deja la habitación, segun nuestros records el servicio de cuarto se realizo antes de las 16:00 hrs.Atenciosamente,

Very disappointed for a Wyndham brand this was the worst… sheets not fitting the bed resulting in exposed Matress…dirt on floors no vacuum…. Cleaning left us with only 1/4 roll of toilet paper… cups not available even to make our own coffee…. Not what you would expect from this brand
