Was a nice hotel and was clean. service was good and bar service was ok. I think the price was very expensive considering breakfast was not included and was an additional €24-36 per day depending on the choice. In total for 3 nights stay including breakfast was €929...I feel there is far better value for money in the market which has breakfast included!

Great hotel, highly recommend

My family - two adults, two teens - loved everything about this hotel. The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere but had easy access to the underground trains - especially good as we were on the line that took us directly from the airport within 30 minutes. Great service at breakfast, very helpful reception staff. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. Bathroom was a little small with no bath, but that would be my only complaint.

Outstanding hotel; perfectly located.

Staff were amazingly responsive, friendly and informative. Of special note were the concierge and the head bartender both of which made our time in Hamburg exceptional. The hotel is well located for sightseeing, shopping, dining, walking, touring and use of public transit. I would highly recommend selecting this hotel for a stay in Hamburg.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with guidance to activities. Room was clean and much larger than expected. Room service was prompt and delicious. Location was perfect. Not a fan of frosted glass bathroom doors but otherwise enjoyed our stay and would return.

Good central hotel with very nice and helpful staf

Truely a nice stay with our friends. Very central and nice staff. One of our friends is in a wheelchair but Maggie made it work. Breakfast buffet is the "usual" delicious Mariott standard and the bar has a good selection of everything though a nice "black" german beer would be appreciated :-)
