Das was mir persönlich als Kaffegenießer fehlte, war ein Espresso aus einem Siebträger. Aber, das ist keine Kritik. Das Frühstück ist wirklich reichhaltig und das kann ich als Vielreisender mit Bestimmtheit sagen. Das Personal ist immer Hilfsbereit und ich weiß, wieviel Mühe dahintersteckt. Gerne wieder.

Skønt at være tilbage på Renaissance Hotel. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til restauranter, barer og shopping. Hotellet er velholdt og smukt. Servicen var ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hvilket var godt men en stjerne mindre end de andre gange vi har været der. Der manglede smil i morgenmadsrestauranten men receptionen og baren var lige så god som de plejer. God beliggenhed. Hotel, værelser, morgenmad kunne absolut ikke leve op til det vi betalte for overnatningen. Boede på 7. Sal skulle med vare elevatoren fra 6 til 7. Etage - meget mærkeligt. Udsigt fra værelset ned til gården med skrald på korden. Kommer helt sikkert ikke igen.

Wir waren mit der Familie für 4 Tage in diesem zentral gelegenen Hotel untergebracht. Die Zimmer sowie die Ausstattung entsprachen unseren Erwartungen, auch wenn das Haus insgesamt doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet erfüllt alle Wünsche, auch die Frühstückszeiten. Die Speisenauswahl des Restaurants könnte etwas ausführlicher, kreativer und zeitgemäßer sein, außerdem wäre es schön, wenn weniger Convenience-Produkte verwendet würden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt speziell in Bezug auf Speisen und Getränke nur bedingt. Sowohl der Hotelmanager als auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und zugewandt (wir hatten einen medizinischen Notfall während unseres Aufenthaltes) und wurden schnell, kompetent und emphatisch unterstützt - höchst professionell. Besondere Erwähnung verdienen - neben dem Hotelmanager und der Restaurantleiterin - Marietta (Mariella, Front Desk), Faarid ( Front Desk), Ellen (Service Bar / Restaurant), sowie ein weiterer Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe, der sich allerdings speziell bei dem Notfall schnell und effizient um alles gekümmert hat. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen und bedanken uns für die Unterstützung.

Rigtig dejligt hotel. Stort familieværelse med masser af plads. God service og skøn morgenmad. Ligger meget centralt med gå-afstand til det meste.
