시설좋음, 주변환경좋음, 조식보통, 방문 방음 잘안됨, 공항픽업 서비스 최악.
호텔 주변이 잘사는 동네이고 조용해서 밤 늦게 걸어다니는 게 무섭지 않았습니다. 호텔 근처에 까르푸 익스프레스점이 있어서 물과 같은 생필품을 사는데 어려움이 없었습니다. 호텔의 시설은 좋았고 조식은 평범했습니다. 하지만 방 입구문의 방음이 잘안되는 것 같습니다. 밖에서 사람들이 이야기하는 소리, 엘리베이터 소리 등등이 방 내부까지 들렸습니다. 또한 이 호텔의 픽업서비스는 최악이었습니다. 호텔에서 직접 픽업을 진행하는 것은 아니고, 현지 콜택시 업체를 통해 어레인지 해주는 일을 했는데, 일처리가 최악이었습니다. 부에노스아이레스에 다시 가게된다면 이 호텔을 다시 이용할 마음이 있긴 하지만 픽업서비스는 절대 이용하지 않을 겁니다. 참고로 픽업 비용은 EZE공항->호텔 (650페소), 호텔->EZE공항 (550페소)이었습니다.

Nos tuvimos que ir del hotel ! Aire acondicionado dañado , mosquitos por toda partes , ascensores pequeños y viejos , no hay mucho por los impedidos , sucio .. en fin nos tuvimos que ir ! 4 habitaciones de 6 que se reservaron tuvieron que dejar el hotel Inodoro que no servia , agua negra para bañarte

很安静，走 7-8 分钟，就可以走到 hop on hop off 第一站。饭店都在那边。AEP 机场也很近。Uber 车费也不是很贵。一切都方便。

Nous n’avons pas obtenu la chambre que nous avions réservée. La première offerte n’avait qu’un grand lit alors que nous avions demandé une chambre à deux lits. La deuxième chambre offerte avait deux lits mais n’avait pas la vue sur la ville que nous avions réservée mais plutôt une vue intérieure.

Second night power went off, they had a generator that partially covered the facility, it won't even turn on one light in the room. Elevators were working so I used it to go downstairs and got stuck on it. Elevator alarm and phone didn't work so I have to call 911. My wife noticed I was taking too long to return to the room and when check and her me banging the elevator door and noticed the staff. Lucky me the elevator suddenly started and door opened at the basement. Went to the first floor firefighters had already arrived, staff was trying to fix the problem, etc. Same night I asked the staff to call a taxi but he said he couldn't do it so we have to go out to find one. Next two mornings there was no hot water in the facility. The manage gave us a food voucher for a local restaurant as a gesture but the restaurant service was horrible, there was none. Power went out they couldn't cook but they wanted us to wait but we left and went to the another restaurant. We returned the voucher to the front desk, explained what happened but that was it no more words from the management or anyone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND, IT IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

FYI, the Expedia notice that this property is only available for essential travel seems to be very much out of date and no longer in effect. This property is in a quiet corner of Recoleta, very convenient to nearby museums and other attractions. (Upon first arrival, don't be put off by fenced off construction across the street, which makes the immediate surrounding look a bit industrial.)
