Overall a good stay. Pros: excellent service, location, good breakfast, clean, comfortable beds, v good linen. Cons: bathroom rather small, bad water pressure, can improve on ecofriendliness (towels were changed daily without request)

Wonderful hotel!

We loved this hotel. The location was beautiful, near parks and close to the Recoleta Cemetery. The room and beds were clean, new and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. Really great breakfast with fresh peaches and plums!

Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires

Great location. We were able to walk 4-6 blocks to great restaurants. One block to major boulevard to hail taxis. Bring Argentina pesos for cabs. Friendly staff. As we checked in early they kept our luggage while we went to lunch and a walk. Left some items in room and when we returned after cruise, they had all items fo me.

FYI, the Expedia notice that this property is only available for essential travel seems to be very much out of date and no longer in effect. This property is in a quiet corner of Recoleta, very convenient to nearby museums and other attractions. (Upon first arrival, don't be put off by fenced off construction across the street, which makes the immediate surrounding look a bit industrial.)

Es un hotel con excelente ubicacion. El personal es muy atento y amable. El edificio es antiguo y en ocasiones se escucha la cañería o el sonido de otras habitaciones. Se puede vivir con ello, solo lo menciono para aquellos viajeros que no tengan la sensibilidad de adaptarse a ello. Sin duda es buen lugar.

Bom mas precisam melhorar

Já me hospedei várias vezes mas dessa vez foi a ultima. Eles desligam o ar-condicionado/awuecedir de todos os quartos e eles controlam, mesmo reclamando na recepção várias vezes fui informada que realmente eles fazem isso, tiram a autonomia do cliente e eles controlam a temperatura ou seja um absurdo, você tem que dormir com a temperatura que eles julgam boa. Me sugeriram abrir a janela mas tive uma pessimima noite de sono por causa do barulho da rua. Café da manhã bom.

O hotel é maravilhoso! A gentileza do Linton, Martín, Wiliian e Romina é o ponto alto do hotel. Um equipe educadíssima, preparada e gentil. Reclamei que o secador de cabelos era ruim e no outro dia compraram um secador maravilhoso. Isso não existe! O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada. Perto dos melhores pontos turísticos da recoleta. Fizemos muitos passeios a pé. E já estamos nos programando para voltar. Foi uma experiência incrível. Obrigada pessoal da recepção vcs deixam esse hotel mais charmoso.
