The room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes just before we arrived! There were no pans or pots available!! I had to buy these utilities and it didnt bother anyone!!

To start, they are announced as “Breakfast included” and they DO NOT do breakfast!!! a cup of coffee, a quarter dollar muffin and a granola bar to go is what they call a grab and go breakfast. They don’t even have a restaurant area. The lobby is awfully smelly. we couldn’t agreed if it smell like a skunk, a dead animal or rotten curry. The stove did not worked in any of the rooms, one did not turn on at all and the other one only warm up! The afternoon receptionist needs some customer service training. She is as nice as a kick in the nuts! This is a experience i not looking to repeat specialy

Sink had a leak, refrigerator was dirty, closet curtain was soiled. Any breakfast was sub par, selections were unhealthy processed foods and creamers were nasty and coffee was not good. Need to supply fruit, boiled eggs and toast with various jellies.

This property was terrible, everything was dirty and very old. There was hair all over what was suppose to be clean towels, I would not even step in the shower. Took multiple pictures but could not even stay there for the night.

we had a 3 day stay here and there was no major issues. our room was clean, no bugs or anything. the grab and go breakfast was simple but a great add on. only problem I had is the One/Two elevators. our room was way at the end of the hall so it was easier for us to take the 3 flights of stairs. overall I give this place a 9/10.

The room was clean, decent cable and nice bed. It has a full kitchen but absolutely NOTHING in it. Not as much as a plastic drinking cup. What is the point of the kitchen if you can’t use it? No coffee or coffee maker. You can request a plate, a cup, and some utensils from the front desk, if you want anything more you have to pay. It was extremely disappointing. What a point of staying in a place that has a kitchen when you are unable to prepare food in it? They may as well just give you a little refrigerator and a microwave and call it a day.

Not a Positive Review
I stayed a week Checking in after midnight got me a room that seemingly has not been cleaned. Dirt on floor, hair in shower, fingernail clipping all over. Yuck. The room had no hangers or anything whatsoever for the kitchen. Counter trim was peeling away. Still gave three stars for friendly, helpful, and efficient staff, location, price, and most important and hard to find item, a comfortable reclining chair, worth at least a star all by itself. This place seriously needs to be remodeled. Old and tired.

This property provided us a room without a working toliet and when we informed management we were told they knew it but "it is what it is".. It appeared people lived in the hotel. The upstairs room water leaked into the shower the kitchette was dirty and worn and had food stuck inside of the cabinets, garbage was never emptied from previous stay. HORRIFYING

Too Tired to Cancel & Get back in Chicago Traffic
The receptionist was outstanding, she helped me with directions to food venues. Loved the Halloween decorations for the season in the reception area. The scary part was the refrigerator inside my room along with the two tiny roaches. I didn't bother opening the refrigerator. It was late when I checked in. No option to cancel and go somewhere else for the night. I inspected the bed, it was clean. In fact everything else was clean, the dirty refrigerator cause mayor concerns which cause the room to smell. I turn on the air (fan) and dial turn to non stop and if i slept facing the air conditioner the smell wasn't too terrible. When i woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom that's when I noticed the roache/s in the bathroom counter and on the kitchen counter. It was late and I was extremely tire, I had been in my car for over 5 hours. I was glad I was out first thing in the morning. Once home I made sure I left my belongings outside to air out in case I brought critters home and Lysol and antibacterial for safe measure. I didn't complain at site. Would they care? Would they give me refund?
