Look no further, this is the place to stay!
Such a beautiful, clean, amazing location! I did lots of research on where to stay and im so glad i chose this place. The entrance seems a bit hidden but once you get into the riad, you discover such a gorgeous location. Everyone was extremely helpful and even had the opportunity to meet the owner who was friendly and assisted us with an issue himself. The food here is so good! The chicken tagine was the best i had in Morocco! Definitely going back here when i return!

This was the most amazing and hospitable Riad! And it is absolutely stunning. The 2 gentleman working (sorry, I forgot their names) were so great and gave excellent advice for local restaurants and tips. This was the best stay in our whole 2 week vacation in Morocco.

Absolutely beautiful riad!! Our room was amazing and very spacious and the location is perfect. The staff was so sweet and accommodating and gave us great recommendations- and got us a reservation for the best meal we had in Marrakech! We also loved having breakfast on the beautiful rooftop. We loved staying here and will definitely recommend to friends!

We stayed here to celebrate my wife's birthday, where Thomas and Valerie were amazing throughout. There team were so helpful and looked after all 8 of us throughout our 3 night stay. I look forward to staying again.

The Riad was a nice haven away from hustle and bustle of the markets. The owners were very helpful with tips during our stay. All of the staff were very accomodating. I especially likes that there was the shaded lounge areas to cool down after a long hot day but if you wanted some sun the terrace had plenty of areas to sit. Meals and drinks were lovely and tasty

Our stay at Riad Rafaele was perfect! The Riad is stunning as was our room. The pool is lovely and the rooftop is so nicely furnished and comfortable and quiet, an oasis in the bustling medina. The massages are great too and reasonably priced. When we arrived, Marwan greeted us with tea and info about the Medina which was enormously helpful. He even helped us in negotiating the return of a jacket we had left in a taxi. I can’t rave enough about Riad Rafaele! My only complaint is that the bar wasn’t always fully stocked with alcoholic beverages, but that’s a minor issue considering that most of Marrakech is alcohol free.

Beautiful riad in a perfect location!
Don’t look any further, book this riad! My wife and I stayed here during our time in Marrakech. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and the property itself is a dream. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and drinking wine from the rooftop patio. We also booked a couples hamman (traditional Moroccan bath)/ massage and I’m still dreaming about the experience.

Nous faisons notre possible pour accompagner nos clients mais lorsque nos clients viennent avec leur propre chauffeur nous ne pouvons prévoir les arrivées de dernière minute. Les chauffeurs déposent presque devant le riad, il faut parfois marcher 2 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est offert et nous avons une cuisinière chaque jour pour préparer avec de nouvelles recettes le petit déjeuner. This Riad was lovely. Clean and quiet. The food at the on-site restaurant was very good. The room was comfortable and the pool was great to have after some long days out. The stand out was Marwan (manager/concierge ?). He was so helpful and fun to chat with. He made our experience a step above what we expected.

Hidden gem in the middle of the Medina
Staff and management were amazing, wenotvoutvonf their way to make you feel welcome. Rooms were spotless and well kept. The organised tours for us and the drive Yassine was incredible. We dinner in a number of evenings and the food outstanding.

Very nice Riad experience in Marrakech!
I wanted to have the experience of staying in a Riad in the middle of Marrakech. This fit the bill! As with any old city, the taxi could not drop us off directly in front of the Riad so someone from the Riad picked us up from the closest parking lot. The hotel was well-kept, considering how old it was. It gives you an idea of how people lived in this The breakfasts and dinners they served were very tasty, freshly made too. The staff was super-super helpful, for which I was very thankful. One of my ID cards fell from my luggage, they found it and immediately sent it to the next hotel where we were staying. I would highly recommend.

Un bel riad un po nascosto nei vicoli della medina. Positiva l'accoglienza, Bello il cortile interno dove al mattino servono un ottima e abbondante colazione. Non ho trovato positivo il punto dove il riad è ubicato perché rientrare dopo le 23 può sembrare un pochino pericoloso o quantomeno preoccupante. Lo consiglio se si vuole vivere un momento di tipico relax marocchino, lo sconsiglio se si visita marrakech in poco tempo perché ogni volta sono 15 minuti solo per attraversare siuk e arrivare in piazza per prendere il primo taxi

Caro signore, non posso condividere la tua opinione sulla posizione del mio riad. Ha l'estremo vantaggio di essere raggiungibile in auto davanti alla porta principale, a differenza di quasi tutti i riad. Inoltre, abbiamo accordi con una compagnia di taxi e quando uno dei nostri visitatori esce la sera per trascorrere una serata fuori dalla medina, il visitatore attende nel riad di venire a prenderlo alla porta. è lo stesso taxi che lo riporta in qualsiasi momento. Quindi non c'è bisogno di attraversare la medina a piedi durante la notte. Che idea andare a fare un taxi a piedi nel posto Jema el Fnaa mentre può arrivare davanti alla porta! Cordiali saluti

Orientalisch eingerichtetes Riad, mit einer tollen Dachtera sehr sauber mit einem wahnsinnig freundlichem Personal! Alle sehr bemüht damit man sich wohlfühlt. Mitten in der Medina, zu Fuß alles leicht erreichbar. Würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

I strongly reccommend Riad Rafaelle. The riad is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located within the old medina near the markets and a few restaurants. The small pool in the courtyard is a great way to cool off mid-day after exploring the city. The staff are excellent - I have never experienced such great customer service before.

A stunning riad hidden amongst the maze like streets of the old Marrakech medina. Tricky to find as access is off a side alley through an old tunneled walk way but plenty of "helpful" locals will show you for a few dirhams ( they'll push it but be firm 20 is plenty. It's only a couple of hundred meters from where the taxi drops you off. Cars can't get there as the road is too narrow. A short walk is fun! You have no idea what is inside as you stand on the crumbling street, with a couple of local cats for company. When the door opens, it's a whole new world! The room was amazing, huge, luxurious, the reception was friendly with welcoming tea and biscuits. The plunge pool under the central garden of citrus trees was icy cold. Perfect to cool down from the hot day outside. The room had exquisite furnishings and architecture. So happy to have found this gem.

Quiet retreat from the mayhem of the medina
This is our second stay at this riad and it’s still a beautiful place in a secluded location. The souk as a whole has deteriorated quite significantly from my first visit two years ago. The street con artists are now using threats and intimidation more often and it’s really starting to get out of hand... I had 5 confront me all at once for money and got to the point of squaring up to me and pushing and shoving. Nothing I couldn’t handle but would have been very scary for ordinary tourists. I’ve travelled all over the world and never experienced that level of aggression. When I was at the airport waiting to depart I got talking to another English couple and they had exactly the same happen to them. Someone needs to take control.

I went to Marrakech with my mother and after spending hours researching Riad's I found Riad Rafaele. The minute we arrived at the airport, our requested airport transfer was there to pick us up without us having to worry about calling. Then we drove to the Medina and the hotel manager was there to meet us and take us to our Riad. The minute we entered inside, my mother and I fell in love with the place. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, from providing us with a map and a list of top sites we should visit and how to get there. We decided to have dinner at the Riad our first night and it did not disappoint. Loved every minute of my stay at Riad Rafaele.

Le Riad Rafaele est un véritable petit bijou situé au coeur de la médina. Le personnel y est fort sympathique et attentionné. Durant notre séjour de 2 semaines dans cet endroit enchanteur, ils nous ont traité comme des princes!. Merci de nous avoir si bien accueilli et au plaisir.

Wunderschönes Riad mitten in der Altstadt
Sehr schönes Riad an guter Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Marrakech, 15 min. zu Fuss vom Hauptplatz. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, man fühlt sich wirklich wie bei jemandem Zuhause. Einzige Enttäuschung war das hoteleigene Hammam, das sehr klein und kaum geheizt war.

Die Altstadt ist ein sehr chaotischer, lauter Ort. Aber sobald man die Türe zum Riad durchschreitet hat, war es so ruhig und friedlich. Man hörte die Vögel pfeiffen am Morgen und das Wasser plätschern. (Und das Frühstück war super.)

Wonderfully authentic Riad!
Riad Rafaele is a calm oasis after the hectic bustle of the souk and Marrakech in general. I really enjoyed my stay there and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Riad to anyone. It rightly deserves all the glowing reviews - the staff are wonderful, the beds are very comfortable - and Beija is the most relaxed cat in Morocco! You won't regret staying here.

Cosy, central and welcoming!
The Riad Raffaele is a cosy and beautiful property in the heart of the Souks. We felt at home the moment we arrived to fresh mint tea and cookies. The location is good, but the surrounding area itself is a little difficult to maneuver at night so I recommend knowing exactly where to go once it gets dark to avoid getting lost. The breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The rooms are basic and the showers aren't very inviting but aside from that this place is a 10!

Schöne Unterkunft in der Altstadt.
Zwar etwas versteckt, dafür aber eine Ruheoase trotz der zentralen Lage. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Sehr netter Empfang mit marrokanischem Minztee. Sehr schönes Riad. Allerdings hatte unser Zimmer sehr kleine Fenster und das Bad war ziemlich klein. Von der Hygiene her jedoch top! Alles in sehr sauberem Zustand. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die auf alle Fragen eingehen.

Bekvämt, vackert, avslappnande och bra service
Riaden var en oas av tystnad och avslappning. Det var vackert och lagom exotiskt inrett. Rummet var bekvämt och sängen stor och inte för mjuk. Luftkonditionering/uppvärmning var tipp topp. Personalen bidrog i stor utsträckning till en förhöjd upplevelse.

This riad is beautiful! A bit hard to find, but we loved the neighborhood. I emailed with the friendly owners and we had a great experience. I recommend this place!

Shocking customer service. The manager on site was not helpful at all. We cut our trip short and checked out early.
