에어비앤비를 호텔스닷컴에서 파네...
일단 숙박하기 전에 복덕방 같은 사무실에 들러 아파트 약도와 열쇠를 받는다. 그런 뒤에 이동한 숙소는 아파트이다. 장소와 청결도는 만족할 만 한데, 사무실이 멀어서 수건을 새로 받기 어렵다. 세탁기가 있으니 빨아 써야 한다. 그외에는 만족한다.

가족과 함께 지낼수있는공간으로 나쁘지 않았습니다..마트랑 전철역도 가깝고..장을 봐다가 가족과함께 음식을 해먹을수 있는 우리만의 공간이여서 좋았습니다..그러나..잠자리에 들어서야 깨달았습니다.소음이 좀 심했구요..화장실은 샤워후 몸을 닦기엔 조금 비좁은 공간이라는 사실을 빼고는 대채적으로 좋았습니다

The apartment was very good, clean and will presented The only problem about our stay is the lack of information regarding the location, it was located somewhere else than it was advertised, this hindered our plan and daily commute seriously. The address should be the same as advertised so people can plan everything ahead.

Property is clean and quiet where our unit is located, but it has garbage disposal not working. The window blinds are broken also. They don't offer complimentary shampoo. The staff is friendly however.

Incheckning tog lång tid. När vi väl fick nycklarna, fick vi åka ca 30 min till lägenheterna. Vi var 3 familjer och 13 personer. Familjen med 5 personer fick lägenhet med 1 nyckel. Svårt att göra olika saker då. Fick ny lgh dagen efter med 2 nycklar, men 1 badrum. En i en annan familj valde att sova i bäddsoffan och vaknade av att det kröp i ansiktet. Soffan var full av vägglöss. Även dessa fick byta lgh. Familj 1 såg att någon flyttat in i familj 2s gamla lgh med löss. Man hade sagt att lössen skulle vara utrotade. Inte troligt. Lägenheterna hade smutsiga heltäckningsmattor och även sofforna såg allt annat än inbjudande ut. I 3:e lgh var vissa köksluckor helt sneda. Boka något annat än detta om ni ska till London. Kan verkligen inte rekommendera!

Technology challenges.
One needs to read fine print. Address (1 Benjamin, London) has nothing to do with the apartments. Check in is other side of town. There was no light in elevator. WiFi didn’t work. And remote for TV needed a new battery. I emailed back and forth - company was responsive... TV fixed same day. Internet took two days to resolve and elevator lights never fixed. The apt was clean and comfortable, but the tech was a problem.

Niet het met opzet op die bepaalde locatie geboekte appartement gekregen, doch 20 minuten verder van gewenste locatie. Apartement op zich OK, maar verre van hetgeen geadverteerd. Bed en matras waren van abominabele kwaliteit. Kortom: ik voerlde me aardig gefopt.

Expediaの記載の仕方に問題がある。複数のアパートメントからアロケートされるので場所が予約時に表示されるものと全然ちがう。チェックインも別の場所で不便。施設自体は綺麗で満足。チェックアウト後に荷物を置いておくことはできない。チェックインしたとこほまでいかなければならない。

Not the address you book.Not what you see in photo
TERRIBLE experience . will never book this again. So this is a group of apartments. When you book you do not get the location they advertise, when you phone them to tell them what time you are going to book in, they tell you you are staying elsewhere (in the vicinity and not the same as photos) . You do not stay in a 4* apartment. Worse still they treat you like you should know this for the price. Then you have to travel 30 mins on the tube to get the key at aldgate east underground and then 30 mins back. They are not sympathetic and despite getting hotels.com involved they do not resolve. Total mis sale. check the other reviews I wish I had. I am not the only one that has had this happen. this is what I got instead. http://www.apartmentsapart.com/europe/uk/london/apartments/detail/77903 . split level apartment so bed and lounge on one floor and another bedroom on another floor. dishwasher was broken, no washing cloth provided, no shampoo or shower wash, this is run to the bare bones, damaged taps, no queen size beds, in fact the duvet was two singles duvets.

Beautiful place to stay in London. Located near the main attractions and bus stations. A perfect location to stay with family and children. We definitely recommend this amazing place for your next vacation.

This was a scam. I didn't get the apartment i booked and was left having to find else where to stay. I have never been paid back any money or received my deposit.

This property was a total bait and switch. When I arrived, the apartment was nothing like what was pictured, and there was no heat, hot water, or wifi. The apartment was full of shoddily constructed furniture and still had workers gloves lying around on the kitchen counter when I arrived. The customer service was terrible and they essentially lied to Expedia when I tried to get a refund about the steps they tried to take to make my stay better. I wouldn't wish a stay here on my worst enemies.

Svær at finde og kedelige omgivelser.
Hotellet var svært at finde for vores taxichauffør så vi nåede frem 21.10 til Herball Hill, men her var alt lukket. Så skulle vi hente nøglen et andet sted i London som taxien så kørte os til. Der kom vi så frem til og fik en nøgle og så tilbage igen, men måtte betale 20 pound for at komme sent. Hotellet ligger i et område med en masse kontorer og ikke ret mange forretninger og restauranter, så der var ret dødt om aftenen, men til gengæld var her stille og ikke larm når man skulle sove.

Goed gelegen bij metro en rustige buurt
Voor een stedenbezoek lag dit appartement super lekker rustig maar ook centraal vlak bij metrostation. Alles wat nodig was was er in het appertement. De douche mocht wel een opknap beurt hebben maar voor de rest waren wij zeer tevrede voor herhaling vatbaar

A central base but don't expect a sound sleep
Plus points: Very central (one tube stop from Kings cross then a 10 minute walk). The apartment was well appointed, clean and homely. Could comfortably fit 5 people. Cheap for a central London stay. Negatives: it's located right on a busy road which means you can hear traffic noise all night, there is no lull, in the second night I bought ear plugs and could still hear the traffic, sirens and people talking as they passed by at 3am. There were ants in the bathroom. The hallways of the apartment stank of smoke, dust and damp. Having no option of an early check in if you arrive early in London. In summary, if you could sleep through and earthquake and looking for a central base where you could cook your own meals this is perfect for you. If you are looking to treat yourself and want a relaxed stay, it's not.

Dirty, Dangerous and Dismal.
Vomit and empty beer bottles at the street level entry led on to NO lighting over the three flights of stairs (had to buy a torch!). The apartment is on the top floor over the very noisy Kings Cross Street with traffic and drunks giving a local atmosphere to the living area . TV was unless because of the inside antennae and traffic noise and the information about router logon was useless The rooms have been painted white even over the rotten wooden frames, power points and anything else that got in the way. Furniture was uncomfortable and cheap, shelves are lose and some dangerously placed with the total effect is one of a quick and cheap refurbishing.

Worst hotel service, did not provide a ride knowing that check in office is far from apartment. No reliable internet, we did not get the value of our money.

Et godt råd: velg dette leilighetshotellet bort. Vi hadde bestilt og betalt for en leilighet med to soverom, men fikk kun ett soverom. Fikk beskjed om at jeg selv måtte klage til "the manager". Standarden er på INGEN måte slik som på bildene. Dyrt i forhold til hva en får. Ingen resepsjon (måtte hente nøkkel på andre siden av byen), trist beliggenhet - hadde ikke vært kjekt å bo på dette hotellet alene. Huff, og huff!!!!!

Check in not at the Apartment!
The apartment was very clean, very modern and large enough for a family of 5. The only downside was having to get a tube to the checkin office which was 1 stop away from St Pancras in Farringdon. I wasn't told this when I booked! Also the directions to the apartment weren't the best and traipsing round with luggage and 3 kids were a farce but if I'd have known it wouldn't have been so bad!!! We could store our luggage at the checkin office which was convenient but more information about getting the keys would have been considerate! I would book again it be prepared to locate the checkin office and then locate the apartment first!!!

Good Apartment, Good Location
Great apartment, good size, and location is great for going out at night or visiting London's cultural sights. The outside of the apartment and the stairs leading to it may appear old/run down but the apartment itself is nicely decorated, comfortable, and modern once through its door. Only slight problem is that the TV was fixed to the wall with the couch off to the side (due to the room dimensions)so had to do some furniture rearranging to make the TV viewable from the couch. Overall I would have no problem recommending the apartment I stayed in.

Not at all what we expected!
The apartment was 15 min away from the location stated on the website, and it wasn't a very nice walk in the dark and through the rain. Our major issue was the lack of heat. Although we did turn on the thermostat to the max, the heat level stayed the same- totally unacceptable during winter. The dish washer was not working and the door was left hanging there so we had to remove it out of our way, otherwise we would have tripped on it every time we had used the kitchen sink. On top of it all, the apartment had way too much furniture, and it looked more like a storage; certainly not like any of the advertised pictures. Suffice to say, we will not go back, and we do not recommend it to other travelers.

The room is so big and comfortable. And near by King's cross road station and supermarket. But the reception and the room is different place. You need to go to reception check in and out.

l'appartement en lui même était très bien (propre, fonctionnel, calme, facile à trouver) le problème et c'est très grave c'est la société city apartments qui ne devrait plus figurer dans vos listes 1) tout d'abord, nous n'avons pas reçu le 'voucher', adéquat, l'adresse était erronée, j'ai été obligée de contacter la société qui me répondait au bout de 2 jours que tout allait bien, même vous , avez eu du mal à les joindre 2) sur place (et il faut y arriver), au bureau bon accueil, on nous explique que le bureau qui a envoyé le 'voucher 'est fermé et qu'ils se sont trompés; finalement l'appartement n'est pas du tout à l'endroit indiqué sur le site, mais il s'avère bien comme je l'ai dit plus haut 3) le séjour se passe bien; on nous demande (c'est écrit sur la feuille donnée à la remise des clés) de déposer les clés dans une boite aux lettres de la résidence. J'envoie un mail et un texto pour confirmer notre départ et rappeler où nous avons laissé les clés. 4) Nous recevons un message et un mail comme quoi nous n'avons pas laissé les clés au bon endroit et que nous allons devoir payer 75 livres pour faute (d'ailleurs la feuille reçue est très claire; que des obligat ions, aucun mot accueillant!, je n'ai jamais vu cela, on prend les clients pour des délinquants en puissance!!) bref; il est hors de question de payer quoi que ce soit pour une erreur de leur part; je pense que mon message est clair: c' une société incompétente qui ne pense qu'à l'argent!

Mooi, comfortabel appartement met een volledig ingerichte keuken, 2 badkamers. Ik miste wel een extra zitbank als je met 6 personen bent. Vond het net iets te ver buiten het centrum waardoor je al redelijk wat reistijd kwijt bent.

Var en ren og fin leilighet. Stor og komfortabel! Enkelt å komme seg inn til selve sentrum. Eneste jeg har å pirke på var at kontoret hvor vi måtte hente nøkkelen lå en 15 gåtur fra selve leiligheten.
