내집처럼 깨끗하고 편안한 숙소
포르투 주요 관광지와 10분 이내 도보 거리에 있는 매우 접근성 좋은 아파트먼트형 숙소입니다. 호텔이 아니라 2층이상이면 무거운 캐리어 들고 계단 오르내릴게 걱정되었는데 엘리베이터가 있어 너무 좋았고, 내 집처럼 깨끗하고 편안하게 사용할 수 있게 주방기구, 세탁기 등 다 구비되어 있어 3일 머무는 동안 간단한 요리도 하고 세탁도 할 수 있었습니다. 다만 한가지 단점, 체크인과 온수사용등 시설물 사용을 메일에 전달받은 안내문대로 셀프로 해야 하는데 이게 어려운 암호 해독처럼 쉽지않았다는 점입니다.

very clean and well stocked and maintained apartment. I stayed at 2 bedroom one, which came with quite big lounge to sit down and relax, one room(master bedroom) was huge but the second quite small but it works.

일단 집 한채를 ㅎㄷㄷ 그리구 직원이 너무 친절하고, 배려심 넘쳐요 물가가 싸다보니 요리해먹었어요 집에 다있어요, 세탁기, 조리도구 다리 근처이구 집 옆에 전망대도 있고 진짜 진짜 꼭 하셔야해요! 증말ㅜㅜ 더 표현이 안되군요ㅜㅜ 좋은뎁 ㅜ 꼭!

여기 최고!!
그냥 아파트한채 빌린거같이 전체공간 다쓸수있구요. 우리집보다 더좋네요ㅎㅎ 주방에 그릇 냄비 수저 나이프 등 기본적인거 다있고 오븐이랑 생선꿉는 그릴도있고 기름 소금 등도 있고 집도 예쁘고 전 더블침대도 밑에 하나 복층에 하나로 2개있었고 위치는 포르투가 워낙 경사가 있어서 찾을때랑 좀힘들었는데 관광지랑은 접근성이 좋은편이고 강가랑도 가까워요. 리셉션이랑은 미리 메일로 몇시에올건지 컨텍하시고 숙소에서도 지낼때 물을거있으면 메일로보내면 제일 빨리답해준다더라구요. 숙소앞에와서 check in 이라고적힌 벨누르면 아저씨 어디서 튀어나옵니다ㅋㅋ다만 샤이닝뷰라고 간판처럼 크게있는게 아니라서 지도 잘보고 그근처에 집들 1층에 잘보면 허접한 a4용지에 샤이닝뷰라고 적혀있으니 지도잘보고 천천히찾으세요.

진짜가격대비 강추해요
하우스키핑은 4박이상만되고 위치가 두오루 강 주변이라 리버뷰방은 강이다보여 너무 아름다웠어요 더불어 호스트가 너무친절하시고 상투벤역사보다 주위가 더 안전한느낌이 있어요 다만 숙소경사도가 심해 오르락 내리락이 조금 힘들었어요

Well located in Porto
Well located to shopping, restaurants and walkable to all the sights of Porto. Very clean apartment and secure. Washing machine a bonus. The electrics need some attention, flickering lamp when plugged in and power outlet in main bedrooms bit dodgy. Pictures are accurate but the place is very small, smaller than we were expecting. Overall a great place for a few nights

Not Worth It. Go Elsewhere.
Disaster from the outset. Organised a shuttle from the airport. Was told could not meet for check-in but gave instructions. No shutrle was there upon arrival. Manager said that there won't be one that could meet us. We had to cab during the busiest afternoon period and cost more than the shuttle. Apartment was clean but very dated and many broken things like towel hanger and shower head holder. Reasonably central to shops and cafes. Main centre seems to be about 700m away. The manager made the experience forgettable. We tried contacting many times to no avail as the front door broke and we couldn't get out and the other guests were stuck in the bitter cold for over 1 hour. We also had my wife's brother stuck in the room as no responding to us and we pleaded through calls and messages through the whatsapp number but again, no avail. We had to call the ambulance and fire brigade. They opened the front door to the hotel and then our room to find him passed out on sleeping tablets and mixed with alcohol. We had to take to emergency. The Dr said that this was made worse by the time to get to hospital. He is now recovering back in Lisbon. The managers response was utterly dismissive and like it was all our fault. I had my sisyer call from Australia and he never picked up so she went back to sleep. "We don't have 24h service. When you called our number and not whatsapp, i called you right back. And texted you. You didn't answer. I could never predict this was happening"

Dear Leslie, We talke full responsability about the shuttle, it was our mistake, and we are truly sorry. I tried to reach you to talk about it and try to find a solucion, witch you said that you didn't want to talk. About the messages, we don't have 24h service, and you can see that on page where you booked the reservation. At almost midnight you called our number (that was connected to my personal phone, and don't have access to the company whatsapp), and i didn't answer, but called 1 min after and even sent you a text that you didn't respond. How could we predict that anything bad was happening if you didn't answer your phone? No other guest complained about this situation, no one said they were outside or stuck inside. How did the medics got in the apartment, no doors were forced , and if someone was indeed inside lifeless they would force the door. The day after i tryed to contact you in many ocasions and you dind't answer again. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience. Kind regards, Gabriela Lino

The views were outstanding. It was very clean. Despite our late arrival (plane was diverted to Spain due to bad weather at the airport) we were still booked in upon our arrival, given instructions re the apartment, given recommendations on where to eat, visit and the location of supermarkets etc. We were provided with replacement towels etc. during our week long stay. It was quiet throughout our stay so sleeping was not an issue at all. Overall we would stay again, if we were to return to Porto one day. A very minor point but I would like larger glass tumblers and cups in the kitchen.

der erste eindruck von aussen ist kein besonders guter, so wie die ganze nachbarschaft. aber innen ist das gebäude sehr sauber und funktionell. die begrüssung war herzlich und wäschewechsel 2x in 1 woche - herz, was willst du mehr !

The location was great. The apartment was very nice but missing a few basic things that I thought would be provided for I do stay at many airbnb apartments. Items such as salt, pepper, which are basics. Most have coffee sugar left for their guest. I dont understand why they provide a kitchen with all the pots and pans but not these basics. Also, we were 2 friends travelling together and we like to go our own way. Only 1 key provided and when asked if another could be for convenience not having to meet up at a certain time this was not possible. The communication was prompt and airport shuttle was arranged. Great place overall but would be amazing for just these few basic things.

Thanks for your review. If guests want to cool their meals they just need to buy what they need to cook their own meals. This review is like saying that we don't leave meat or fish for using the pans and pots... We also offered the second key, but you couldn't meet us when it was possible for us. Stating that the apartment is great and leaving a review of 3 out of 5 makes also too much sense... Regards

Nice 2 bedroom apt in ideal location
Had a 2 bedroom apt. Located in older part of town near Duoro river. Close, walking distance to all sites. Nice casual restaurants, bakery near the apt. Would stay there again!

Très confortable
J'ai résidé 3 nuits dans cet appartement comportant 2 chambres à coucher meublé IKEA. Cuisine complète. Très confortable et propre. Situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro et du Douro. Plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes. Très bon service et plusieurs informations furent données par Carol. Je recommande fortement.
