good hotel
I recommend you this hotel firmly. This hotel produces free wi-fi, free self-parking, free breakfast and reasonable price. Room is bigger than what you think or see on relevant homepage's photo of room. Cleaness is also good.

This was more like an apartment complex and the reason that we booked a two room suite was because my mother has dementia and I didn’t want her being able to leave the room however they gave us a one bedroom suite with an adjoining room next to it so she had access to leave the property. We actually had to put furniture in front of the door to prevent her from being able to leave. I was extremely disappointed at the safety issues of that. Also, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I called because the television did not work for the high price I would definitely recommend , a different property.

When we arrived we were told that we would would have to pay $10.00 a night for parking even though it was not on the website. The A/C was not working in the room nor was the ice maker. The next room they gave us smelled like sewer and still no ice. The entire place smelled like pot, inside and outside, The staff never cleaned our room. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. I would rate this place a -0. It's like staying in the hood. I will never stay here or recommend this place. Hilton should close this place and have it torn down. I will never stay at a Hilton owned property again. This is terrible.

For a no smoking room this obviously had been smoked in an no one cared…. Do a deep clean!! I requested non smoking and they said they all were but it smelt badly if cigarettes so we had to leave to get allergy meds 😡 And… specifically asked about breakfast… was told it will be ready before we leave… it was not. Carpet was dirty, minimal towels for our group… will NOT recommend. I went to desk and told worker snd he said “better luck next time”

The room was outdated and damaged. It didn't have towels or toiletries. They charged me more than what was stated at the time of the booking for parking. The hotel charged a recreational fee but the pool was closed. Overall the worst Homewood hotel I ever stayed in.

Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was patient, detailed about the amenities on the property, efficient, and accurate! I really enjoyed her at the front desk. There is a young man that assisted as well apologies I can’t remember his name but he was on the shift with Mercedes at time of my arrival. Thank you all for a safe experience.

The morning Breakfast was great. It was so nice waking up to a hearty breakfast of eggs and Sausage, grits, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, English Muffins and so much more. My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very polite ands sociable. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Renovated Apartment
First I want to say the staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate! Everyone we encountered gave amazing service! The room was not what I expected from Hilton. This is an old apartment complex turned into hotel. So there are buildings and your door opens to the outside. You can tell they did this on the cheap because there was an old 90’s ceiling fan still in the bedroom! Gross popcorn ceilings and rotten trim in the bathrooms. Want to let you know what you’re getting when you stay here! No one mentioned this in any review that I read.

I picked this particular suite because it offered a fireplace but upon checking in the fireplace was covered with a grill and a sign posted as for display only. The complex is overall great and we've stayed there several times over the years.

This is my new favorite hotel. My room felt like home. Mercedes at the front desk was very helpful with my check in. She was super friendly and so was the other employees I seen. The bed was def my favorite and made my stay even more enjoyable. I will def be back.

Great stay!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean along with the rest of hotel. Only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable. Bed was fine. Overall it was a great place to stay and off the beaten path tucked away. Definitely would stay there again.

Terrible! Avoid if you can. Dirty and in disrepair. Smells of cat/dog urine mixed with a strong cologne to mask it. I will say the front desk staff, the housekeeping supervisor and the kitchen staffing were all super kind and attempted to be accommodating to all the issues. Sadly it was one disaster after another and we would never stay again.

The parking spots are too narrow is literally the only issue we had. The place itself was wonderful.

Great host. Horrible room/enviornent
Adjacent rooms were under construction. Constant impact noise through the daytime. Shower temperatures did not adjust. Couch “which was supposed to be a bed to accommodate should have been removed because it is broken and terrible. Staff was nice. The hotel was not!
