This is definitely a motel. But the rooms have been remodeled with hard floors. The bed was comfortable and had nice sheets/comforter. The room was clean. The refrigerator was larger than most hotel rooms. I’d stay here again. Great price too!

We were in Granbury for the night. Liked the location and enjoyed our breakfast at the picnic table looking at the lake.
Bed was comfy.
Only thing missing was some place to hang our clothes. A hook or expandable arm would have been nice.
