The worst nightmare waiting for you...
i stayed in this hotel for only a day but it was THE WORST HOTE OR INN OR MOTEL OR ANT KIND OF ROOM that is designed for sleeping and relaxing. Without an elevator, it is impossible to carry your carrier to the room and without any electrical outlet near desk or bed your devices should stay on floor while charging. Also, the bathroom is out of standards that water pressure is too low and merely possible to maintain a temperature. You have to leave your room key to the front desk when you leave the hotel for no reason(no turndown service of course...). Although the location may be useful for some guests, considering overall experiences here, i strongly recommend to stay away at least a mile from this establishment. Overall, I will not even think about revisiting Brussels and it is a shame to the entire continent.

1 star is way too many stars. There was dried blood on the curtains. The room smelled like old dirt, smoke, and cat urine. The stairs are dark, steep, and shallow. I’ve stayed in some rough places. This place is worse than all of them. Just disgusting.

Convenient location
It was pleasant but with some minor issues… no elevator- hard to manage luggage up the stairs, 1 bathroom light not working- reported but not fixed The sleeping area was big and the bed was very comfortable. Few meters from metro station and within walking distance to mayor attractions

L'hygiène est déplorable. Les toiles d'araignée et la poussière sur le ventilateur ne permettent pas de l'utiliser. Les escaliers ne sont pas adaptés, en cas d'évacuation, il faut avoir un bon physique pour les descendre. On ne peut pas fermer la fenêtre complètement, alors qu'elle donne sur le boulevard. Des petits travaux pourraient rendre la chambre propre et utilisable.

Not recommended
I have never stayed at such a dirty and dusty place. Completely run down. I moved out after the first night. Would never recommend anyone to stay here, and I regret not reading the reviews. The only positive about it is there were no insects in the room.

Un bon hôtel sans prétention
c'est un bon hôtel pour un transit entre deux correspondance. Le parking public est pas loin et plein de possibilité pour se restaurer. Attention, l'avenue principale est très bruyante et les chambres sont plutôt bien isolé

Ottima posizione, ma manca TOTALMENTE l'igiene. Ho trovato un pannolino sporco sotto il letto, quando ho esposto reclamo al personale, mi ha risposto che loro di norma non puliscono le camere e che da un albergo a una stela non mi devo aspettare tale servizio, (personalmente da un albergo, indifferentemente dal numero delle stelle, l’unica cosa che do per scontata è la pulizia). Il personale si è rivelato totalmente incapace di gestire un reclamo e risolvere un problema. Concludo dicendo che anche Expedia, non ha risolto il problema dicendomi che le norme sanitarie della struttura non sono un fatto sufficiente per cambiare albergo e mi ha proposto solo un rimborso di 40 euro che NON E’ MAI ARRIVATO.

When I got to the room there was an AC unit but no way to turn it on. When I went to the front desk they informed me it was not hooked up yet. They kept saying, we did not advertise that the room had AC. In the 20 countries I have been to, not ONE room did not have AC. This is end of July, the middle of summer, the room was a sauna! They could have done a portable AC unit in each room, maybe offer a fan… NOPE, nothing! I do not look to see the my hotel room has walls, electricity, ceilings, running water, heat/AC because these are the basics that every hotel needs, and for $90 I would expect nothing less!!!! Please do yourself a favor and never stay here, and lets hope this horrible business closes.

Worst hotel on earth
It's one of the worst hotels ever and we don't recommend anybody to book there. We stayed there only 1 night it is very dirty and they didn't clean under the beds where we found a lot of dust and old face masks. The room and the toilet smells horrible and the humidity is very bad there specially in the toilet and since my boyfriend has breathing problem the humidity and the mold in the toilet caused him a serious lung problem and we are stuck with the doctors now. Please please better to sleep in the street than sleeping there.

ALERTE ROUGE 🚨🚨🚨
Hôtel ou plutôt gîte à éviter absolument. J’ai réservé 3 chambres pour les invités. La nuit de samedi à dimanche je rentres avec ma copine, et là, interdiction formelle d’entrer dans la chambre parce que semble-t-il la chambre a été réservé pour une personne. Je demande de payer la taxe de séjour pour la deuxième personne rien à faire, l’hôte qui ne comprenait presque aucun mot en français ni en anglais d’ailleurs m’a invité à payer une chambre entière pour enfin dormir dans la même chambre qui a déjà été payé. Du jamais vu, une chose qui n’arrivera jamais dans un établissement conventionnel. Prochainement, je paierai un peu plus dans un hôtel normal au lieu de se retrouver dans de telles conditions. En tout cas, je recommande à personne de se retrouver dans cette situation à 06h du mat après une longue conférence.

Good place to stay
Basic but clean and quiet; friendly staff! Excellent location for public transport and food (carrefour supermarket, kebab shops). Downside: no elevator but narrow and steep staircase - not a deal breaker though.

The worst experience I had with a Hotel, for as long as I can remember. Very dirty cleaning level. There are no elevators, the stairs are too much steep.

The worst hotel, i hae stay in, cannot be more dirty as it is, even when you tell the staff that the room is super dirty, they just tell you, this what we have, we could give you a worst room, it feels very unsafe, I will never stay there again, I lost one nigth, because we couldnt stay anymore.

Hôtel immonde
Hotel horible ne surtout pas réserver cet hôtel. Chambre pas propre et odeur de fumée + 20 cm entre le mur et le bord du lit. Une autre chambre nous a été proposé encore pire au 2 e étage sans une fenêtre avec une odeur de renfermé. Nous ne sommes pas restés et nous avons pris une autre chambre avec booking cet fois très bien pour sensiblement le même prix. Pour notre part, ça fait deux fois qu'hôtel.com affiche des hotels immondes. La dernière fois c'était au Portugal avec une chambre avec une odeur insupportable de cigarette.
