Even though the heating wasn’t working in our room, the staff was very quick with responding to the issue. Less than a minute of complaining , they fixed it right away. Great hotel and even better staff. 10/10 recommend.

First time visiting Montreal for our 50th Anniversary, we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, the room, they even provided an espresso machine in our room which was a wonderful surprise. I would stay at this location again.

The room was not just well designed but comfortable. I especially liked the bench in the bathroom. Most hotels barely have a hook, so the bench was a plus. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely stay again here on my next visit. Thank you for a great stay!
