The property is very well located. The rooms are OK. Mattress could be more comfortable, but the downside is the receptionist it’s a male guy with gray hair in the 50s, very rude arrogant never smile, I greet him every time I come in and out in, never even look at me never say hi. and a few times I need to ask for something he seems to be bother by everything. I will never stay in this place again just because of these kind of people they have employee at their reception if he’s not happy with his job for something else by the way in the buffet, it was the kindness person I have met on this hotel.

Very nice hotel. It is also very close to the beach and some restaurants. There is also a taxi stand right by the hotel so transportation is easy. The people that work in the hotel very nice. We got there super early before check in time and they let us leave our bags there and we enjoyed the day at the beach. They also exchange money and i recommend doing it there because they steal from you in those exchange places in the airport. You don't even need to exchange money most of the people accept card even the taxi and the people selling in the streets. There is also a little store right next to the hotel where they sell everything. We didn’t go inside the pool but it looked very nice we would just go up to watch the sunset. 10/10 hotel I highly recommend it.

Excellente option à Rio car situé entre Copacabana et Ipanema, l'hôtel est proche des plages et commerces. Le service est très bon et les chambres sont spacieuses. Les tarifs sont très correctes.

When you enter the hotel it has a musty smell and so did my room. The Standard Room has a window to a dark place where the air conditioning is located. In other words, there is no natural light inside. The breakfast room has no windows and when people talk (and they talk loudly) it is impossible to stay inside. After the first day I never went back for breakfast. One of the receptionist was not rude but definitely not friendly.

Staff are rude. Aircon was so loud that even with tv on, you can still hear the aircon. Asked to get it fixed and they said it’s normal. Asked again for someone to fix and they said they will send someone, never did. Staff at reception don’t care about guests and are rude. Bathroom shower not clean. Stay somewhere else

Bad experience
Pillows were so hard, the mattress was old and not soft, and the swimming pool and jacuzzi were always dirty. Breakfast was so poor and of low quality. Someone broke a glass at the pool area, and we reported it. A staff member cleaned the big pieces, saying he would wash the floor later, but he never did. A little girl stepped on a piece of glass and got cut. Night receptionists and manager (a lady) weren't friendly at all. I did not enjoy my stay."

Primeira e com toda certeza varias de outras hospedagem que farei quando voltar ao Rio. Quarto maravilhoso com um espaço incrível! Café da manhã imperial delicioso, banheiro novíssimo reformado, cama de casal super nova e confortável. O hotel é INCRÍVEL! Ótima localização, melhor área pra se hospedar em copacaba/ipanema por ser relativamente seguro, por indicação de amigos que moram na cidade. Caminhávamos pela rua a noite sem problemas na área em que o hotel está inserido, além de ser próximo da praia, bares, restaurantes, supermercados e farmácia. São 10min andando até a feirinha de copacana pela praia, além de ser 1 rua de distância da área de lojas locais do bairro. Fui com minha família e todas adoramos, não temos oq reclamar, a volta é garantida! O café da manhã é delicioso e diverso. Amei! Ótimo custo-benefício!

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y las habitaciones están remodeladas sin embargo la zona de la piscina está tremendamente descuidada y vieja. No colocan la sombrillas y tampoco hay colchones en las poltronas. El piso está viejo y descuidado así como el revestimiento de la piscina fue decepcionante para nosotros porque queríamos pasar un rato en la piscina en familia. Las toallas de las habitaciones están muy viejas y percudidas, deberían de cambiarlas

Estadia muito boa, com localização excelente, próximo do Arpoador, Ipanema e Copacabana. Tivemos um atendimento perfeito, rápido . O Hotel oferece boas acomodações e muito limpa. O café da manhã é muito bom.

This is a fine hotel, with an excellent location, few minutes walk to the famous Copacabana Beach- many cafés, Restaurants, Little grecery stores etc. Our room was fine and comfortable, but the bathroom was incoveniently dated. Reception staff, not so friendly, but the workers were a delight, specially Susana and Ana.

Une valeur sûre
Hôtel très central, situé entre Ipanema et Copacabana, à proximité des commerces, transports et restaurants, et des plages. L'accueil manque un peu de chaleur, mais le personnel s'efforce néanmoins de répondre favorablement à nos demandes. La chambre est de taille et conforts corrects, et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix. Il est possible, une fois la chambre rendue, de prendre une douche près de la piscine du 11e étage, ce qui est très appréciable. Sans être fabuleux, le petit déjeuner reste copieux, avec suffisamment de choix pour les plus gourmands.

Hotel muito bem localizado, extremamente limpo e bem conservado. Um otimo custo-benefício. Unico problema que tive foi com barulho, merecia uma janela melhor para nao deixar passar o ruído, ainda mais nos primeiros andares e de frente para rua. O cafe da manhã é bom, nada surpreendente mas gostoso.

J'avais réservé deux nuits ici lors de mon arrivée au Brésil. Un décès familial m'a obligé à décaler mon vol et à arriver une nuit plus tard. J'ai donc demandé à l'hôtel s'il était possible de changer les dates bien que, en dernière minute, la réservation ne soit en théorie ni annulable ni modifiable. Sachant que les dates qui m'intéressaient étaient disponibles et qu'il ne perdait rien sur la durée du séjour totale, je m'attendais à un oui, mais ce fut un refus sans la moindre proposition ou geste commercial (ne serait-ce que rembourser le petit déjeuner non consommé par exemple). Partant de là, il est difficile pour moi de la recommander ou d'envisager d'y séjourner à nouveau. C'est dommage car par ailleurs, l'établissement était bien : les chambres confortables, le quartier sûr et à deux pas de la plage d'Ipanema, le petit dej était plutôt pas mal. C'est dommage, ça aurait pu être un super souvenir... Au final, lors de mes deux dernières nuits, je suis allé dans un autre hôtel sur Rio au lieu de revenir là. Je pense que tout le monde a été perdant (sauf l'autre hôtel pardi).
