Das Bett war sehr hart. Das Badezimmer könnte auch mal wieder erneuert werden. Der Toilettensitz war nicht mehr schön. Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber nicht. Wir haben eine günstige Unterkunft mit guter Lage gesucht. Das war in Ordnung.

The hotel was overall quite good. It is a bit old and some things should get some updating such as not the greatest lightning by the elevators. Other than that no complaints would stay again

Nice stay
Hotel is located within 30-min walk to the centre. We had a family room which was big and comfortable and have availed the early check in. Reception staff very accommodating. Minus for plastic cups and lack of toiletries, only 2in1 shower gel.

Struttura molto bella e curata, la camera era pulita e spaziosa. L’unica pecca è stato il riscaldamento troppo alto in tutto l’hotel e il letto un po’ piccolo. Altrimenti tutto perfetto, anche la colazione molta scelta e buona.

le stanze sono pulite e tenute bene, i letti molto comodi. Il ragazzo della reception è stato molto gentile e disponbile. Avevamo caffè e cappuccino gratis, quindi è quasi come avere una colazione gratuita.La Tv non funzionava.

This hotel was very clean, nice room with lots of space, lovely big window. It wasn't noisy, the breakfast was good and the staff were professional and friendly. My only criticism would be it's proximity to the city centre, it's a 10 minute tram ride away or a 20-30 minute walk. Apart from that it was great.

A very comfortable stay at this hotel. Very large room/suite, enjoyed the free hot drinks in the foyer, breakfast was plentiful and we easily found our way about using the undergrounds nearby.

Not a bad location, not in the center but close enough to metro station. Hotel is not new, but well done, clean and pleasant. But I have a couple troubles - like shower was not really working, had weak drops but not with a full power. Bathtub was ok but shower is a huge minus. And the wardrobe in the room was a bit broken. But it definitely worth the money.

Das Hotel war ganz nett, das Personal hielt zwar als wir gekommen sind erstmal noch schön lange ihr Privatgespräch, begrüßte uns aber dann relativ freundlich. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend. Das Interior ist ein wenig altmodisch, aber insgesamt ganz in Ordnung. Frühstück war zwar nicht abwechslungsreich aber dennoch genügend. Das wirklich positive war die 24/7 Kaffee/Tee-Maschiene im Eingangsbereich!

Muy mal cuando llegue el del front desk me cobro las dos semanas que me iba a quedar y si no estuviera de acuerdo que me quejara a hotel com el primer día el cuarto limpio pero el segundo día no cambiaron las sábanas ni barrieron estuve en Hungría tres días cuando vine mi cuarto no le habían cambiado las sábanas ni barrido la que limpiaba muy mal criada tube que irme a otro hotel lo que hacen es cambiar toallas.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel and room was very clean. I was traveling alone and felt safe in the quiet neighborhood that it’s located in safe walk to the train. The hotel is very dated and the room accommodations reflected that. The bed was so hard that I had to sleep on top of 2 comforters! The pieces within the room were cheap and very mismatched and the fridge did not work. I was to have a king sized bed and I’m not even sure it was a queen. For the money it was ok for a few nights.

Didn’t receive my member perk (Free bottle of wine) when checked in. Had to ask and then was given ONE 250ml bottle (Which is a glass of wine) between two of us. Comfortable bed and good location but outdated decor and building.

Hotel is ok and close to TRAM D easy to move around, but based in my experience I wouldn’t stay here again . I arrived by noon horribly tired after traveling all night . When I mentioned I had a reservation I was shut down (not even asked by my name or so), was told “check in is at 2.30” I asked again if possible to have early check in as I was extremely tired but didn’t even get a reply, I literally crashed at their sofa…By 2 pm the same guy told me ok to check in now . I asked again why don’t have check in early (I was 100 willing to pay as my situation) and only Saify we are full. I never received the VIP amenities nor was welcome as GOLD member. When I did the check in I was given a tiny piece of paper with hotel info. No further interaction. Even if hotel is sold out there are ways to say bad news , try to improve . I didn’t see the exceptional service.

Ich war schon einige Male in diesem Hotel. Personal ist freundlich, Zimmer geräumig, Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Dieses Mal wurde uns bei der Buchung (Silver-Status)eine Flasche Wein versprochen. Es gab jedoch keinen Wein, sondern wir bekamen einen Piccolo-Sekt (0,2 l), für drei Erwachsene,was ich doch als Scherz empfinde. Vielleicht sollte man solche Versprechungen in Zukunft lassen. Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel zu empfehlen.

Great stay in Vienna
Comfortable hotel located near public transportation and easy to get to downtown Vienna. Staff is very helpful. I forgot objects at the hotel when I left and they managed to send them to me in Croatia. Thank you so much!

Fint hotell och mysiga rum, ca 45 min promenad till innerstan. Blev dock besviken på personalen i receptionen, 2 av killarna verkade helt ointresserade av service, gav knappt ett leende men sista dagen var det en jättetrevlig kille där (Milos), synd att inte han jobbade där hela vistelsen. Men vi hade en jättebra vistelse och Wien är fantastiskt

While away from the historic district the hotel was well connected to trams and the metro. Good road access back to the airport as well. Public areas of the hotel were quite nice, our room (102) was pretty tired and could do with redecoration. It was also really dark, as you couldn't see any windows from the bed. It was quiet though and the bed comfortable with good quality bedding

Siamo arrivati in albergo e non vi era nessuno (erano le 21 circa), il che di certo non è stato il miglior benvenuto. La porta d’ingresso era chiusa e non sapendo il codice per entrare nella hall saremmo rimasti fuori, ma fortunatamente ho chiamato il numero di cellulare presente in un foglietto attaccato alla vetrata e ho effettuato il check-in tramite cellulare. Siamo comunque riusciti ad entrare ed ottenere la camera da noi prenotata che era molto spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione molto abbondante e i receptionist molto gentili. Sebbene un po’ distante dal centro (circa una decina di fermate di tram da Karlsplatz), la zona era molto tranquilla. In generale, a parte l’inizio del soggiorno, abbiamo trascorso delle giornate piacevoli in albergo. Consiglio sicuramente.

The staff was excellent very friendly and readily assisted when asked. The elevator was out of order the day we arrived meaning we had to carry luggage up to the 4th floor - now the desk attendant did assist with the bags however the elevator was then out for the entire week we were there. I just turned 70 and have asthma so this was not ideal after a day of site seeing which was every day. Also with the temperature while we were there a fan would have helped as the air conditioning was ineffective making getting a good sleep difficult.
