Really loved this hotel. Clean nice room with a fridge and big wardrobe and nice shower and toilet. Really nice decor as well. People were really nice at the front desk and there was free water and juice in the dining area. Close to the metro stop as well.

A good hotel

It was a pleasant trip. The hotel is in a convenient location to the town. The staffs were helpful and the our room was big. It is slightly old styled. But it matches the feel of the city.

Could use a friendly smile or greeting from the men working at the reception. And a clean room, no dirt on the floor and no lipstick on the drinking glass placed in the bathroom. The coffee machine placed in the breakfast room never worked - that was the worst!!! The tub was lovely though.

Nice staff. Good breakfast and lobby is clean and stylish. Front desk attendant was a gem. Was gaps in communication prior to arrival, and make sure you have a phone card for late check ins! You have to call a number when you arrive to get the code so you can get the key from the key box.

Great hotel

Decent location, a maximum of 2 public transports away from the main attractions/centre of Vienna. Hotel is clean and very nice staff. Rooms were decent enough too.

A very comfortable stay at this hotel. Very large room/suite, enjoyed the free hot drinks in the foyer, breakfast was plentiful and we easily found our way about using the undergrounds nearby.

Quiet and clean, courteous staff. Location is out of the centre but trams run so close to it and they are cheap. Supermarkets close too. It is what it is, doesn’t try to be the ritz so don’t expect that. Good place

Staff were kind, and the location was very good for easy access to transportation. However, the facility was a bit outdated, especially the air-conditioning. It does have air conditioning, but it didn't quite work well enough. I had to keep the windows open with two extra fans even when 'airconditio' was at full blast. Avoid the facility during hot weather.

Good transport links in and out of the city very clean and lovely decor. Access to coffee and drinks machine anytime as not refreshments in room but to be honest the machine drinks were lovely as coffee is freshly grounded

Hotel is located within 30-min walk to the centre. We had a family room which was big and comfortable and have availed the early check in. Reception staff very accommodating. Minus for plastic cups and lack of toiletries, only 2in1 shower gel.

Enjoyed our stay at Arthotel ANA Gala in Vienna. We arrived at the hotel quite late and the hotel out of ours support was already aware of our late arrival and checked us in over the phone. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is a few stops away from the Vienna central and it's close to the D tram link and U6 metro line.

This hotel was very clean, nice room with lots of space, lovely big window. It wasn't noisy, the breakfast was good and the staff were professional and friendly. My only criticism would be it's proximity to the city centre, it's a 10 minute tram ride away or a 20-30 minute walk. Apart from that it was great.

It was adequate. Nothing fancy. I was greeted by a guy that clearly didn't aspire to be in this line of work at this stage in his life. To be sure, I was early, so i just left my luggage there and went off, I ended up checking in much later, by a much nicer guy. Breakfast was adequate, too, coffee left much to be desired.

The location is convenient, close to the subway and public transportation. However, the hotel is old and poorly maintained. Housekeeping starts talking loudly early in the morning, and people slam doors all night. We couldn't sleep at all. Very disappointed.
