호텔 뒷골목쪽에 무료주차되요 조식도 잘나오는 편이고요 수압도 좋고 깨끗하게 관리되어있어요 사장님 영어 잘하시고 엄청 좋으십니다 일몰이 아름다운바닷가 길건너서 걸어가기만하면되고요 모래가부드러워요 재방문 의사있어요

Super petit hôtel
Super hôtel à Viareggio ! Hôtesse parfaite totalement bilingue, très gentille et de bons conseils. Situation idéale en front de mer. Chambres très propres et bonne literie. Possibilité de tout faire à pied, je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Definitely an advice to stay
The service was really incredible and location we found very good despite it was outside the very very city center (10 min walk). The place itself was more beautiful and nice restaurants with delicious food just around the corner

Buona struttura a due passi dal lungomare
Ottima esperienza. Hotel a pochi metri dal lungomare. Buona Colazione nel rispetto delle norme anticovid. Camera pulita. La proprietaria ti mette subito a tuo agio e fa di tutto per accontentare. Consigliato.

Cindy is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and Cindy provides recommendations for restaurants, visits and beach clubs. The breakfast was amazing - something for everyone, including cereal, a variety of fruit, eggs, cooked meats, yoghurt, croissants, pastries, bread, rolls, cucumber, tomatoes, a variety of juices, cheeses, jams and spreads. Breakfast could be arranged earlier if you were planning an early trip. Nothing was too much trouble - print out of train timetables, calling taxis and even calling the ambulance when my partner was taken ill! Cindy's English is very good which was extremely helpful when we needed to communicated with the doctors and the hospital staff. Air conditioning and Wifi were extremely efficient and the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel. Cindy and all her staff were just amazing!

Single room like a hostel
The service was fantastic. But the single room was like a hostel room with a tiny uncomfortable bed and linoleum floors. Not at all worth the price.

Our single rooms are with a single bed, real singles, and in our hotel we don't have linoleum, but tiles, in the single one there is independent air conditioning, safe, TV and telephone and a private bathroom, just renovated, not a hostel, as she says, thanks anyway for the visit, greetings Cindy

Superb location
This hotel is in the best location in Viareggio, really beautiful and almost next door to the fantastic five star principe de piemonte. Across the road in the Woods you can hire a bike for a week for next to nothing. There is a wonderful 45 minute bike ride along the coast to the most beautiful village in Tuscany, Pietrasanta. Forte dei marmi the richest place on the planet is closeby too and well worth a visit, even if you can't afford an ice cream cornet there.

Lukas must be the Italian word for Gulag...
Checked in. Checked out within 30 seconds. Really very, very basic - in as much as Treblinka was basic. Only for truly brave 'backbackers'. Staff are lovely though so if you are looking for cheap and cheerfull - stay here. If you want fluffy towels and pillows - don't.

Dear Val, you are right, my Hotel is a 3*** basic hotel, run from a family with a lot of passion, you don't give us not even a chance, infact you arrive and you went away, in a 4**** hotel, with a different building, different room and of course different system, by the way thank you for your visit even though it was just for a tiny moment, sincerely Cindy

Albergo a due passi dal mare
Hotel molto accogliente, personale cordialissimo e molto gentile. Buona colazione, camera spaziosa e molto carina. Veramente a 2 passi dal mare e dalla passeggiata sulla via dei negozi e locali.

Camera poco pulita, finestra che non si chiudeva, riscaldamento non sufficiente. Costo molto, molto basso ma era preferibile pagare quel di più per non congelare.

gute Lage, wenig Komfort
Kleines Hotel in 3 Minuten Laufweite zum Strand. Entgegen der Beschreibung verfügen allerdings nicht alle Zimmer über einen Balkon, was zu stressigen Umbuchungen geführt hat. Die Ausstattug ist sehr veraltet und schlicht. Sehr strenger Geruch in allen gesehenen Badezimmern, schlechte Schallisolierung / Fenster. Betten und Frühstück auf absolutem Minimalstandard. Eher Jugendherbergsfeeling und für den Preis völlig überteuert.
