Staff at front desk were amazing. Very pet friendly. Walls however are paper thin and you can hear talking in the adjacent rooms.

It was an average hotel but the price was way too high for an off season room. And after you book it there are fees that add 70$ or so. Ended up costing 189$ for 1 night.

It was a great stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But no bed is like your own bed, right!! The staff were very responsive.

Good basic stay
This was a good basic stay. The staff ate all very friendly. Breakfast is a good. The hotel is clean. The pool area needs some updating. The mural in the pool area could definitely be updated.

After making my reservation 1 month In advance, paid in full, I get to the hotel and they tell me that they dont have a reservation for me, and they are sold out. Not what I needed after a 9hr drive. They did find me a room for the first night, but I ended up having to get a room at another hotel for the second night. According the front desk, I was the 5th person that day that had this problem with an Expieda reservation. Not sure who is to blame for this, but I’ve been using Expieda for years and never had a problem.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The card keys did not work well. Sometimes it took 7 or 8 times to get into my room. One morning at breakfast they tan out of syrup about 8 am. I would like to see oatmeal and bananas available. That would bring me back. The black lady who was there for breakfast was extremely helpful and nice!

We visit Dixon frequently and always stay at the quality inn . The rooms are Clean, quiet and that staff is wonderful.

I was worried about our dog staying with us. But the staff were very kind about it, and very welcoming. The hotel was clean. Our room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. The kids stated that the pullout couch was comfortable too! The pool was nice; a little deep for the water slide area. So make sure younger kids are wearing a life jacket or puddle jumper. Over all our experience was nice. Definitely would come back.

Very nice hotel . Breakfast was only served 1 day , so maybe check the schedule before you go . Whirlpool suite was huge . Right next to a Walmart .

your hotel was nice , BUT
was a nice stay, but the music from the ball room was very loud, needed after nine to be turned down a little? the music was so loud, even our tv couldn't drown it out. was in a second-floor room and it rang in our room until 11:00pm.

Breakfast bar was not stocked or maintained properly. Pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. No water pressure for shower, no hot water available.

The hotel room and pool facility are realy hot, temperature wise...and the noise in the hallway is very audible from inside the room. The pool facility is great for families, the breakfast was well prepared and the historical nature of the region displayed in the hotel is fantastic. Front desk service was fantastic, too...checkin and check out. Thanks.

This is our go-to hotel when visiting family from out of state. Rooms are clean, staff is nice, location is convenient, prices are just right, and the breakfast isn’t too bad.

Told the clerk at checkout that we were put in a room that stunk and had full size beds, rather than the queen beds we requested (and paid for). Also we informed the clerk that the included breakfast was not available 90 minutes prior to closing. The clerk had argued with us about the bed sizes, claiming that it was probably how they were manufactured and claimed the staff who was responsible for the breakfast became overwhelmed by the early demand and just gave up.

Ronald Reagan home was unexpected delight
Bedspreads had stains and the bathroom was clean but the overhead light was too dim. Also, the toilet seat had chips and repairs made to it. It would’ve been easier and cheaper in the long run to replace it. The front desk person in the morning was very helpful when we asked about the Ronald Reagan house, which was an unexpected delight.

It was okay. The hotel is beginning to show some wear and tear. I know a couple of new hotels will be built across the street, so to be competitive, they may want to consider refreshing the hotel.

Like so many businesses these days, hotel was understaffed so service was not that great. They tried their best with what they had and were very apologetic. Breakfast was great, one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had lately.
