무료 인터넷 사용 안되는 곳이예요
정말 형편 없었습니다 와이파이가 된다고 해서 예약했고 비지니스 츄립이라 꼭 필요했는데 와이파이가 안됬고 방을 옮기면 된다 하여 모든 짐을 싸서 방을 옮겼는데도 안되어 알아보니 인터넷이 안되는 상황 이였습니다. 영국 출장을 많이 다니며 처음 사용한 호텔이였느데 직원들도 불친절 했고 가격에 비해 너무 오래되고 정리가 안됬습니다 직원들도 불친절 했구요

It is good location. near the main street. Small hotel but it is clean and cozy. breakfast is so good. most of staff are so nice, but manager , she has a bad attitude. that is the one reason what I am not going to that hotel again.

The room was clean but a bit shabby. The loo seat was too small for the size of the pedestal. The sink had hairline cracks. That said, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My biggest gripe is that I had paid for the room in advance of our stay but a £50 payment was taken as a further deposit, which will not be refunded for 5 - 7 working days. I think this is unacceptable.

Very tored property! I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kensington last week and it was fantastic. The Welbeck Street one is no comparison. Very tired, no room service and breakfast limited. Not good when you're a woman on your own. Decor was awfu.i paid less for the one in Kensington too!!!

Great hotel with friendly staff, good location
Arrived early and our luggage was stored in a safe room. Got the room early which was great service. The room is large for a London hotel and in good condition. Quiet and centrally locateded, close to Oxford Street. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Only minus was the water in the shower going hot and cold multiple times during the shower, however, this is an old building and should probably be expected. All in all, a great stay.

God beliggenhed, meget sødt personale, meget hjælpsom. Tæpper, gardiner og interiør trænger til udskiftning. De skriver at de er i gang med en større renovering, men vi kunne ikke se hvor. Morgenmad ok, men trænger til fornyelse. Vil helt sikkert bo der igen.

Stayed here many times over the past 20 years, the decor is a bit dated but overall not a problem, literally 3 minutes from Oxford st, 10 minutes from Paddington station to Bond st underground then a 2 minute walk to the hotel. would not hesitate to stay in the future, really good breakfast as well.

Excellent location but hotel rooms very small and shabby. Furniture needs replacing and walls paper thin. We could hear next doors’ conversations word for word. Breakfast was good and also good value for money.

The first room that they gave me was the worst, it was small and old, also the bathroom lighting was very weak, and when i asked to change the room, they asked me so check out before 11 AM and to check in again at 3PM !!!

Great Hotel needing a few attentions to detail
Location is not correct- it’s Marylebone, not Oxford Circus. Room - beds and bathroom excellent. Air con was , I suspect , pre set. Asked Reception to increase temperature- no dice. TV was blocking. Advised Reception, but only partially improved. Staff wonderful, Breakfast fantastic. We would stay again as the main factors are a very high standard Value for money. Well, ok👍.

Friendly and accommodating staff and especially the concierge were very welcoming. Space is a bit tight in the rooms and bathroom, but we would definitely return in the future.

Det er alltid hyggelig å komme til Holiday Inn - Oxford Circus, og denne gang var intet unntak. Rommet var stort og lyst, og sengene gode. Beliggenheten er perfekt i forhold til shopping, spisesteder og sightseeing.
