Great for the price. We will go back. Ft Myers Beach is quite unique in its shape and possible distance to anything. This property should have better access to after hour snacks. The only thing i can think of thats annoying was having to bag up linens and towels and do the dishes before checking out. Ugh.

These are time share units that are managed. Furniture in the unit I stayed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard on my back. Also had palmetto bugs inside the unit. Nice pool, but very noisy all day and evening with kids screaming. Overpriced for what you get. Had friends staying across the street in a condo that was larger, much, much nicer with a better view and a balcony. Cost $50 less a night. Guess where I will go next time.

It was so beautiful there. Just a quick walk to the beach and you are in Paradise. Perfect for what we were looking for accessible to everything. We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Thank you to the wonderful staff fir helping to make our trip so enjoyable.

Ma mère et moi ne sommes pas rester pas du tout conforme a ce que j ai réservé et de plus une odeur de moisi aucun réseau la Wifi une bar très faible le comble c est que d avoir une chambre avec vu sur la Mère j ai eu vu sur barbecue ni terrasse ou balcon horrible j espère un remboursement c est la moindre des choses étant rester moins de 10m

Besides the location, I loved the pool area. Room was clean, new a/c units and shower. Room view was spectacular! Living room furnishing could use an update but overall, room had everything we needed. Friendly staff!

Small, timeshare apartment on the beach.

Location is good, great pool and spa. You do have to walk over a small bridge area over a (sometimes) lagoon, but it's not a bad walk. Did see a pink spoonbill, and a bald eagle sitting there! Nice additions like feet washing stations, popsicles on Friday, real good pool-side music once a week too. Very friendly staff at all times. The actual place is getting a little worn, but it is clean and was comfortable for the two of us.

Steps away from a very quiet beautiful beach! That being said, I was there off season. Straight ahead, lovely inn...great balcony views. Well stocked kitchen with full fridge. Humble furnishing, but everything was in good shape. Great spot for family beach trip

A wonderful location on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach was very clean, with dunes and vegetation. The pool was very clean. Our room overlooked the beach. Staff were very friendly. It was quiet.

The LeeTran beach trolly went up and down the road in from of the hotel. A cheap and fun way to get to shopping and different areas of the beach.

Dirty. Underwhelming. A complete disappointment. Rundown. Didn’t want to use anything too dirty. Upsetting experience. Paid for the view which was absolutely beautiful from the screened in balcony although the rusty chairs were dirty and cigarette smoke from other guests was overwhelming. Proximity to beach was excellent. Accommodations one star. Staff person pleasant we didn’t have it in us to tell her how disappointed we were. Not recommended at all.
