Clean, great smelling room! The owner is quite nice and my wife really likes the pool. Beds are firm and not too worn in. I stayed in Shawano in the summer and regret it terribly, coming to this best western is worth it to me! (25 minute drive to Shawano)

Staff was very nice and helpful, to my finacee and myself, we paid for a suite room wirh a jetted tub, just to get out of town for the day. We had an internet issue and staff was both courteous, kind and stayed with the issue until it was corrected. Besides that little hiccup, we had a great stay and would return. Nice and quiet for us.
