We booked through Expedia and the listing for this Hotel is totally misleading. The pictures are only of the rooms that have been renovated, and there's only a few of them. They give you options on what kind of room you want, but if you book a double superior room and pay more for it, when you get there they assign you a much lesser value room with nothing of what you were expecting and you paid for. When we complained about it first we were told that they couldn't do anything but then after our insistence the front desk girl, Beatriz Santos, finally found us a room that matched what we had paid for. Very thankful for her efforts and help, otherwise hotel would have been 0 stars! Bed was comfortable, room was clean, daily cleaning service works well. Breakfast staff very nice and helpful. The pool is a joke, tiny and unkept. They advertise a roof top terrace that doesn't exist, there's however a 6th floor small balcony with one recliner. You have to pay €1 for a Nespresso pod. The area is residential so don't expect the hotel to be walking distance to anything, except for the casino, which is a 9 minute walk, no restaurants or grocery stores or convenience stores are around. Most Bolt drivers don't even know of the existence of this hotel.
