We loved the espresso machine and small fridge. Note that if you are planning to transit into Amsterdam, you will have an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest tram service.

The rooms were smaller than the photos led us to believe. Weekend restaurant menu was limited. The quality of the meals were good, but our meal on Monday night took over an hour from order to delivery. The elevator was out of order after our first day, and we had to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs on the way out. The staff were friendly though.

Not ideally located - not close to public transportation. No nearby restaurants other than hotel across the street. No diners in the Bastion restaurant for the days I was there. Desk clerk not very helpful - couldn't locate hotel on city map. No check-in before 3 even though hotel was mainly empty.

There is a very nice lady who warmed up my daughter milk every single morning! Very sweet lady! Only thing the coffee machine in the room was leaking water every time we tried to make coffee

I would not recommend staying here. The staff where super helpful. The rooms were not good. Mattress was stained. They had pushed two single beds together and tried to say it was was king sized. It was a hard place to navigate, basically middle of nowhere.

The accommodations are well-equipped. The staff was sometimes very friendly, and sometimes unfriendly. Extending our stay for another day was no problem. The room wasn't cleaned for two days due to a lack of staff. As compensation, we received a ball game for the kids, coffee capsules, towels, and two free drinks, so it was OK. Overall, a good hotel.

Everything is OK, but not nice. Room had not been made up, so we had to get another one and the bathrooms are very small. Parking didn’t work, but at least the bed was comfortable.

My room was on the 6th floor which has no lift, that was not informed at my booking. I needed to carry up my heavy 20kg luggage for one upstair from 5th floor. The hotel location is a bit inconvenient from tram or metro stations. I wanted to know its access on the hotel webpage in advance, but no detail information. And at the reception when I got the hotel then I asked the best way to the hotel to the receptionist, so he didn't answer my question but Google map was the best tool even though I don't like its Google service.
