Perfect for what we needed. If you were staying longer it had lots of pluses with the kitchen in the room. Didn’t see an exercise room and there was no pool but super close to the Alerus center. Only wish was more coffee pods in the room as we stayed two nights and no one came to check the room to refill the coffee for the next day. Otherwise a pleasant stay for the two nights we needed.

Great low cost solution in GF
Very clean, efficient, utilitarian. Good location. Service was above average. Excellent lower budget hotel in GF. Room equipped with tiny kitchen is a plus.

I didn’t realize the rooms only got cleaned once every four days. We stayed for two nights. No breakfast.

Attention to details is important! The room was clean and comfortable, however, we had to force the room door open and closed, as well, the window blind was broken. Simple little things that make a difference.

We like staying at My Place. It has always been clean and comfortable. This last time was not as great. Shower wouldn’t drain, toilet was basically out of order as it wouldn’t/couldn’t flush, making bathroom use a bit awkward. There was also a mixup when checking in. I had reserved a 2 queen bed room. The first room we got only had 1 bed and the attendant at the counter kinda gave me a dirty look, like I was trying to get away with something. We will stay again, but a refund for this stay would sure be nice.

Liked location. Employee was not helpful, recliner in the room was in poor shape, toilet plugged and help wasn't available...called and asked for a plunger and never delivered. Nobody was ever at the front desk...had to call for assistance, and then they would come out of the office grumbling. Never stay there again.

The staff was uninformed and unaccomodating. 2 guests were at the front desk while we were there referred to my family and me as sniggers and the reception said nothing to them. Worst experience and over priced stay ever. The reception told me she has to put an indefinite hold on my card. First I am hearing this nonsense.

It was fine. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a desk so work was uncomfortable. Chair in the room had cracked upholstery. Check in person was kind, but system wanted me to pay a $95 balance to check in despite showing receipt I had paid. They did charge my card just to get through the system and now I’ll wait to see if the void of that charge goes through as well.

I liked that it was close to our concert! Our room smelled like a farm so unfortunately we didn’t stay their but Expedia refunded me! I felt like staff were trying to ignore my calls kept saying can I put you on hold! I went down to front desk in person! I will never stay their again!

The shower drain was clogged so the tub filled up during the showers. Also, the light cover in the bathroom dropped off the ceiling in the middle of the night! The staff are very nice, we will go back in the future.
