While sleeping the front desk called my room at 1am and 3 am. Mind you we were in bed sleeping when woken up to the front desk saying the people below us said we are stomping around our room. Mind you we both have been asleep in bed since 11pm. Then again at check out the front desk again. Tried saying we were stomping and loud. Til we showed the front desk our sleep app on our phone/watch that showed we were in fact asleep when getting accused of something we didnt do. Ill never rent a room here ever again. I got a suite for a reason to treat my significant other. An it was a nightmare.

The hotel was great, staff was so kind and helpful, and our room with a king bed, fireplace, jacuzzi in the room, and our own little apartment essentially was incredible!! We had an amazing stay here. Very relaxing.

Nice and clean.
I'm very picky about cleanliness and notice details (ceiling dustwebs, for example) that most people miss. Glad to report that this hotel was exemplary!

I was late checking in. Did not notice the outside of the building. However, upon entering my room I found a dirty sock on the floor. When I went to open the refrigerator there was a bug (alive)! The floor had not been vacuumed. The bed was comfortable. Slept well. The shower could have been cleaner but was sufficient. Appreciated the coffee maker, soap, shower gel and moisturizer.

The gentleman working on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, November 18th, was absolutely terrific. He promptly accommodated myself and family upon arrival and was extremely polite, each and every time we spoke. He addressed me as Mr. each conversation we had and was a pleasure to meet. Not a great experience overall
The room was unfortunately not that clean and the woman at the front desk was apathetic and unhelpful. The pullout couch mattress and spare pillow were stained to where it was uncomfortable/gross to sleep on and we were told they didn't have mattress covers (and would not switch us to another room, even after showing the mattress pictures to her). We ultimately covered it with many sheets and blankets. There were cheetos crumbs on the floor. The other beds were reasonably comfortable. The pool was clean but cold. Breakfast was OK. I would not stay here again.

The room was clean with lots of space. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect and near shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good with choices for every taste. The only negative aspect is the maintenance of the breakfast area, hallways and elevator. It needs to be cleaned more often, few times a day, because people bring food to the room and drop it on the way and the breakfast area because we eat there.
