역에서 1분
다른 호텔과 다른 구조로 찾기 힘들었으나 역에서 정말 가까움. 객실은 안크나 천장이 정말 높았음. 아침 기차 였눈데 첫 메트로가 7시라 당황했음.

We loved staying here, great location, and very reasonably priced. Within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It is a unique Italian style hotel, which we absolutely loved.

Estadia ótima!
A estadia foi ótima! A localização muito boa! A entrada do hotel nos assustou, mas ao entrar, era tudo reformado, muito organizado e bonito. A entrada do hotel deveria ser melhor sinalizada, pois tem apenas uma plaquinha muito pequena no portão. A limpeza do quarto e a troca de toalhas eram feitas diariamente. O café da manhã é muito farto e saboroso! Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos! Ficamos muito satisfeitas!

Hotel and staff were great. We forgot our 220/110 converter and they let us use one. Breakfast was great too.

A porta da entrada me assustou. Parece um prédio medieval. Mas depois que a gente entra é super bem recebido. Os quartos são bons, tem recepção 24 horas, perto de tudo, e o café da manhã é bem gostoso.

It was our first time in Naples, which can appear a little rough and this hotel is right in the middle of the action. Our room had a balcony overlooking a busy pedestrian street but the room kept out the noise it it was great to see everything from the balcony. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the port. The neighborhood is great for waking around and there is a mix of shops, restaurants and apartments. Loved the high ceilings in our room and the staff was super nice-especially Daria.

localização excepcional, bom custo-benefício
excelente localização (próximo dos principas pontos turístico a uma curta distância a pé), café da manhã gostoso e variado, quarto confortável e espaçoso, porém simples, configurando um ótimo custo benefício. Vale ressaltar que o ar-condicionado funcionou muito bem, o que vem a ser um grande trunfo quando comparado com os demais hoteis na Itália em plano verão.

It was a bit tricky finding the entrance to the property as we were in a vehicle and the area is pedestrianised. The hotel is a beautiful spacious building, rooms are a great size. Buffet breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful

We didn’t get to stay at the property as our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next evening. We let the hotel know that we wouldn’t be arriving that evening, using Expedia messaging service, however would still require the room for the following 2 nights. However, they WhatsApp messaged me a few hours before our rescheduled flight the next day to say they could no longer accommodate our booking and had booked us into another hotel. They assured us that the new hotel were okay with our late arrival (estimated 11.30pm). As we were about to go to the gate and would arrive in Naples around 11pm I didn’t feel we were in a position to refuse the alternative accommodation and try to book somewhere ourselves. As it happens the new hotel check in closed at 11pm (shortly after we landed). I had to message both parties, the staff member who’d been messaging me from hotel napolitamo called the new hotel and asked them to wait so we weren’t stranded in Naples in the middle of the night with our luggage. The new hotel was messaging me every few minutes hurrying us along - unfortunately I had no control over how long it took the airline to give us our baggage. Upon arrival at the new hotel, which was further than the airport that Hotel Napolitamo, they charged us a €20 ‘late check in fee’ and they don’t do breakfast. We had breakfast booked with Hotel Napolitamo. All in all it was a pretty dismal affair and we were not offered even a partial refund.

Tips to find the hotel
The hotel is in a convenient location on Via Toledo. Steps from the Toledo subway stop, restaurants and shopping. We walked to the Archeological Museum (it’s a bit of a distance but we enjoy walking) The room was spacious compared to others we’ve stay in Europe. The floor was done in large tiles that were clean and cool. One BIG note to others: the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. Look for very large (think delivery truck passage) green doors just to the right of the Lush store and a bakery. When we were there, a bit of white graffiti was sprayed on them. There is a “people” door cut into one of the large doors. On that wall, ther is a button to press next to a small placard that has the hotel name. They will buzz you in. After that, walk to the elevator and the reception is on the 2nd floor. If you arrive by taxi they need to drop you around the corner because Via Toledo has traffic restrictions. The breakfast is amazing and the dining room is equally as wonderful. We walked to the port with our rolling suitcases to get our ferry. If you take a cab, it takes twice as long. A 15 minute walk, partially downhill was very easy. We walked it the day before to get our tickets and to make sure we knew where we were going. This hotel is a great value and very nice for the price.

Hotel heeft fantastische ligging (midden in de grootste en levendige winkelstraat) om Napels te ontdekken. Mooi hotel, ruime kamer, aardig personeel. Het ontbijt is echt italiaans, veel gebak, zoete broodjes, yoghurt en koffie en thee. Is even wennen☺️. Ik zou hier zo weer boeken als ik weer naar Napels zou gaan.

Good location with view of via Toledo, right next to Toledo station and within walking distance to ferry piers to/from Capri. Dining room for breakfast is a great ballroom. Bathroom was somewhat old.

Une situation de choix au centre de Naples
hôtel très bien situé en arrière cours ce qui l'isole complétement du bruit de la rue Tolédano particulièrement commerçante. Métro et funiculaire à proximité. Plein de resto . Attention à Naples la numérotation des rues est différente et l’hôtel n'a pas de façade sur la rue, mais juste un interphone au niveau d'une belle porte cochère, ce qui demande de bien ouvrir les yeux pour le trouver la 1ere fois. Nous le commandons fortement

Excelente localização, ao lado da estação do metrô e na principal rua do centro da cidade! O café da manhã é simplesmente imperdível! Nota 10! Por fora é um prédio bem antigo, mas internamente está todo reformado. Recomendo muito!

Napolitamo Hotel Principe
Excellent location within a very short walking distance to the metro stops, which take you to the train station in a few minutes. Good breakfast. Fantastic location on main shopping street. Here there was the best streatfood and best pizza in Naples. It's not luxurious, but great value for money, so I definitely recommend it to anyone.
