Pésimo servicio del personal del restaurante, toallas viejas, las batas los cuellos amarillos, pésima comida deberían contratar un chef, el lugar es hermoso pero la atención y la comida del restaurante le quitan todo el encanto

Excelente experiencia
La hostería como siempre ha sido un lugar excelente para visitar ya sea en familia o con la pareja, el lugar es a pocos minutos del centro de cuenca y es super tranquilo, las instalaciones son elegantes, las habitaciones muy bonitas, la limpieza y el servicio al cliente es lo que destaca en este hotel. Adicional a eso el restaurante es uno de los mejores de Cuenca, su comida es deliciosa y a buenos precios

Excelente plan
La hostería es realmente limpia, pasamos un excelente fin de semana. Nuestra habitación era amplia , confortable, nos cambiaron las toallas cuando lo solicitamos, muy limpia. Las instalaciones son hermosas, tiene jardines por todos lados. El desayuno buffet espectacular. Hay mucho para disfrutar y me encantó que tenga áreas para niños. Lo único que podrían aumentar es un lugar para cambiar pañales, ya que van muchos niños hace falta eso, por lo demás estuvo muy lindo todo.

Great stay
This is one of my go to places for rest/relaxation without venturing out. Food is great, service is always wonderful and staff is attentive to everything. Management had to drive me to Novaqua Spa, I mentioned I had the “top” man helping me, he replied “no the top person are our guests”. That’s how I always feel since staying with them in 2015 onwards.

Lamentablemente, no me fue bien, encontre la habitación rodeada de alfombra (lamentablemente tengo alergia) solicite el cambio y me dijeron que no tenian, entonces solicite retirarme y me dijeron que tenia que pagar una penalización, así lo hice, llegando a las 12:00 y ellos bien pudieron rentar a otros huespedes.

Nice place but very disappointed to find out that people from outside can pay fee dollars and use the pool! They have a public pool already next to the Hosteria. I was looking for a relaxing time in the termal water with my family but there were kids diving, people swimming and raising , and nobody there to stop them. I guess there are no rules for the pool! Next time I can stay somewhere much cheaper and pay $8 for the entrance !

Mi experiencia en Hosteria Durán ha sido satisfactoria, como siempre las instalaciones son las que destacan en el sector, las habitaciones son limpias, el desayuno espectacular, el Restaurante "El Tucuman" es lo mejor que la ciudad tiene. 100% recomendado.

What an extraordinary place. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and ample. Great customer service at reception, restaurant and spa. Beautiful architecture. Ample parking. Food was delicious, the free breakfast is great and dinner menu is varied with fair prices. We visited their spa and enjoyed the whole day. Beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to be back.
