Me garantizaron que podría comer sin problema y con todas las garantías siendo celíaca, pero la realidad fue que había poca variedad para celíacos y sin garantías, no distinguían entre la lactosa y el gluten, y más de uno no sabía lo que era. Pase 4 días horribles, los últimos dos dias tuve la suerte de que llegaron cocineros que sabían lo que hacían y pude comer más tranquila. Me parece de vergüenza que garanticen un servicio que no están preparados para ofrecer solo por tener un cliente más. Ojalá aprendan de esto y formen a sus trabajadores, la mala experiencia se viene conmigo.

It was a pleasant enough experience but learning on arrival one had to pay for loungers by the pool or be crammed into the adults only section was sad. It felt like a meat market of loungers lined up or €10 or more for a sunlounger by the pool. This should chage. The coffee at breakfast was just a long sweaty queue. Unpleasant. It would be easier to make a pot per table I’m sure. The staff were wonderful. But all in all quite basic across the board. A nice pleasant stay But there are definite some things that need work.

Lovely property and enjoyed our stay. Only downside was that we were booked in for an early breakfast this morning (6:50) before our airport pick up - but when we got up to the restaurant we were not expected - no coffee available (except water) felt like we were turned away - did say we were booked but it may have been lost in translation. Staff very good in general.

Hotel was always clean, pools were very nice. The shuttle service to nearby locations and Mahon were a very nice idea. Staff were lively and very helpful, Alex on reception was a standout example of this. 10/10 would return

We stayed there for three nights. It’s was to be honest okay. The Hotel is far away from civilization, there is nothing around, the only way out is taxi, which costs at least 20 euro. The hotel was clean, room as the pictures and clea! The food breakfast was okay, lunch and dinner weren’t that good though but we were forced to eat there because there wasn’t another choice. Total i would give this Hotel 3 stars!

DIe Unterkunft hat gehalten was sie versprochen hat und wie es auf der Hompage ersichtlich war. Super Lage mit Aussicht auf das Meer, ruhig, sauber, freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Buffet..... alles was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht!

Great location for adults looking for relaxed time in friendly hotel. No beach but good snorkelling off platform. food was amazing. Good walks locally to other beaches. Live music most nights was fun. Not the place for people looking for a wild time! Highly recommended

Petit hôtel tranquille en bord de mer. Les chambres sont propres et de taille suffisante mais ne correspondent pas à un 4 étoiles, notamment en ce qui concerne la salle de bain. Le personnel très sympathique est à l'écoute. La nourriture est simple mais bonne. Le GR 223 (Cami des cavalls) qui fait le tour de l'île permet de faire d'agréables balades vers le petit village Alcaufar et Punta Prima.

We hadden een vroege vlucht en konden bij aankomst om 10 uur nog aanschuiven voor het ontbijt. Terug weer een vroege vlucht , geen uitgebreid maar wel ontbijt om 04.30 uur echt top! Verder prima service van de receptie. De kamer elke dag schoonmaak. In de avond altijd een zanger of zangeres, verschillend genre. Wij vinden dit hotel top.

Se respira ambiente familiar. Por comentar algún aspecto negativo, creo que se debería reformar baño (cambio de bañera) y cerrar la zona de piscina / sea club ya que algunas veces hay gente de apartamentos cercanos.

long weekend break
Swimming facilities are excellent and location immediately on the water. no sandy beach within walking distance but this wasnt missed. there is much fun to be had jumping off the rocks into the sea! the water there is truly exceptional - super clean and crystal clear. Facilities at the pool are in excellent condition, especially the hotel guest only pool which is 10/10. Hotel itself is in good condition - lobby, restaurant, rooms although the lift and the corridors let it down (not a big deal). Food in the buffet was good with lots of choice including a good salad bar with ample condiments and dressings. Food at the beach club restaurant was not good. Service was generally good, although some of the works were not that friendly. Location is good - as mentioned above on a nice part of the coast line and < 30 mins from he airport. Note that if you want to do stuff outside of the hotel in the evenings you will need to get a car or taxi as the whole area is a resort town mostly focused on this hotel and its sisters.

Where to start. It was our second visit there, and we will continue to visit for many years! The staff are unbelievably friendly and it is situated in such a lovely area. The locals are also very friendly and luckily speak a bit of English. I would highly recommend to anyone.
