"The location is excellent and it is a walking distance from the main museums in Amsterdam. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were impressed by how clean the spaces in the hotel were. I highly recommend it if you want to visit Amsterdam. For sure I will stay there again."

"checked out within 10 minutes of arrival because this property is a health and safety hazard. The room was covered in significant mould (walls and windows), and the flooring was filthy and untidy. The stairs are dangerously steep and lack basic safety features, making them a serious risk. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, and there were no blinds or curtains on the windows, leaving zero privacy from the street. I did not use any facilities and left immediately. Avoid this place if you value your health and safety."
