"Really a beautiful space all around--the common areas are well-appointed, and my individual room was quite large and very comfortable. This hotel is really convenient for getting around: it's a quick walk to the Museumplein, and the tram is just a couple of blocks away. There is also a good grocery store, some restaurants, and a great gelato shop just on the other side of Vondel Park--a six minute walk or so. I only spent two nights here this time, but will definitely try to return on my next trip to Amsterdam! "

"I had a lovely stay at a charming hotel overlooking one of the canals in Amsterdam. Waking up to the peaceful water views and classic canal houses was such a special experience. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A perfect spot to enjoy the beauty and charm of Amsterdam. "

"Wish we checked google reviews before visiting. We weren’t aware there was a bed bug problem a few months ago. While we didn’t see any bugs on our bed we did notice what looked to be a bed bug in the room. We made sure to wash all our clothes and put everything in bags to be safe. We also found an old piece of gum attached to the blankets and when we requested a new one we were originally told they didn’t have other blankets, and that we’d need to wait until the next day (fortunately they were able to get a new blanket before then). Great location and the place has potential, but was a disappointing visit overall."

"Second time staying at Hotel Leonardo. I just really like the place. Love the reception, lounge and breakfast areas. Like the lifts with the windows. Love that it's about 2 min walk to Rijksmusuem. It's such a good location. Will definitely book again for our next visit. Nice staff too, always pleasant and chill. I wanna go back now! "
