The hotel did not have running water which was not their fault. However, this was not communicated far ahead of check in. There was no hot water running through the taps throughout my overnight stay. The hotel put me in a room without a fridge or microwave. Had to request that they move me to another room. I paid $7 for breakfast which was not provided. The standard I expected of a holiday Inn was not kept. Elevators were untidy and in a state of disrepair with wires hanging out of the elevator walls. This hotel should do better.

We were surprised by this also as we were not given notice by the city. I do see that the room type reserved was for a Standard King Accessible room which is why your room type was not equipped with a microwave/refrigerator. Please allow us to provide a credit for the breakfast/issues.

I waited long time to find someone one check me in They ask me to sign wrong amount of holding when I ask why she said because the paper not Updated The room doesn’t have refrigerator, and the air conditioner broke it was so cold I get very sick because of that Very bad experience

I paid for breakfast on expedia and this hotel don't even have a place open for breakfast, they have a cosed cafe place. I asked for towels for the pool and attendant told me they were washing them and they will be ready in 30 minutes, 2 hours later i got the same answer when I asked for towels again. The hotel charge $100 dollars in case of room damages thay will change immediately but they don't know how long after checking out it will be refunded.

The hotel was horrible. The worst I’ve ever stayed at in Houston. I travel Often and have never experienced such a horrible hotel the AC was not working neither was the restaurant or the spa, like it is announced in the post. There was no breakfast. Staff was rude and when I’d bring up things they’d say they couldn’t help. Elevator all busted, and super hot since there was no ac. The hallways were extremely hot. The ac in the room didn’t work and neither did the blow dryer. Musty smell and moldy rooms. Gross

To begin that area is not safe is not in Sugar Land that property is not in Sugar land at all. When I booked I did it cause it said Sugar Land when I saw the address and I looked up the area saw where it was I try cancelling with Travelocity but it was not refundable. So I continue to the property. Lobby looks like a city County jail house is hot they don’t have A/c in the lobby no A/C in the elevators I really was very disappointed but ohhhh well. All I can say is that the photographer who took that picture of that out side of that picture Travelocity post is a really good photographer.

This is one of the first times I have used Expedia points for a booking so I was mostly focused on the price point. Normally I shop based on reviews and for some reason I did not this time. But I figured with a Holiday Inn it shouldn't be bad. I've never been to a bad Holiday Inn. That was a HUGE mistake on my part. Pulling up,the outside is sketchy as heck. When I got to the counter they said it would be a $100 deposit per stay per night. For a crappy hotel? Ok whatever it's a deposit, I'll get the money back. Thankfully I had just enough in my account (hence why I was using points to book). I would have never booked that if I had seen that. The guy that checked me in didn't even put all of my info in right (found this out when getting a receipt the next day), and I could barely understand him. The plexy glass at the counter did not help. When I got to my room it SMELLED SO BAD! The room was musty and damp. Being pregnant I thought I was going to throw up and it gave me a headache. By the morning my sinuses were so gunked up I was practically choking. Because of the dampness, the carpets were damp to the point where it soaked through my socks. Even the tile in the bathroom is was damp and sticky. The air unit was set at 68 and it wouldn't get down past 73. So it was not comfortable to sleep in. Also, due to the moisture, there was mold growing in the bathroom pictures. There was no breakfast available, they said there would only be coffee, I didn't even see that come

There was a power outage in the hotel which caused me to wake up. I went downstairs to enquire, got back in the elevator and the got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The alarm inside the elevator did not work. Thank God i had my phone and I was able to call the fire department. The staff were apologetic but did not offer me any upgrade and i was told i was only going to get refunded for one night. This is unacceptable.

Don’t be fooled. This Hotel is not in Sugarland. The location is not a safe area. The inside is dirty, the front desk is enclosed by bullet proof glass. I left and stayed somewhere else!

Bad attempt at remodel/Felt unsafe
Hotel not clean, has funny smell Room smelled bad, air conditioning worked great but was very loud so I raised temperature to 80 degrees so it would not turn on often Attempt to remodel is complete FAILURE Room had fresh paint but much of everything is old and worn. Large chair in room very dirty and stained Felt unsafe! Location is questionable. But most importantly, I could hear every word from the guests next door. We shared a common door that joins our rooms and they kept trying to open it all night! I could even hear their bed movement!!! Will never go back!
