Worst stay ever

Horrible, worst experience ever for a supposed luxury hotel, extremely upset with what I was charged I could gave stayed at a Holiday and had better room service, shower, toilet, elevator waa horrible and old.

For a five star hotel it was extremely old, the bathroom door was practically falling off, it was extremely dusty and the decor was outdated and pieced together. The staff was very friendly and nice to chat with.

I was expecting to have New Year’s Eve activity at the hotel. I was highly disappointed that even that bar closed before 12 midnight. I booked two rooms here just for the that reason. Other than that the hotel was everything I expected.

Parking is 40 dollars per night which is ridiculous cause that’s your only option besides valet which is 4 dollars less. Also the property needs some major upgrades and TLC for the price they are charging per night. It’s motel 6 inside those rooms.

The rooms are falling apart. The shower leaks water all day. The worst part was the restaurant and the staff there, I was there morning and night both terrible experiences with the service. Front desk and vallet were great.

They dont service the rooms and say you have to request that 24 hours before and when you do, they dont send anyone. The food options for breakfast are limited to one option and its a dirty run down restaurant. I will never stay there again.
