숙박은 나쁘지도 좋지도 않았고요. 조식은 좋았습니다. 근처 왕궁이 있어 산책하기 좋습니다. 잘 쉬고 원기 충전했습니다.

Hue Stay
The price was great, the service superb, and the location terrific. However the refrigerator smelled awful, and the breakfast was bad--despite a relatively small number of choices, they were out of or didn't have a surprising number of menu items, which were not well-made. The food in the neighborhood was almost always terrific, though.

Sad and very sad hotel, there was a unpleasant smell and the bedsheets were spotted; we checked out within 30 minutes... The staff were kind enough to offer another room, but we think they shall be able to provide clean rooms based on everyday bookings -it would be humiliating if the other room is "cleaner."

Not as advertised - Misrepresentation
Not as advertised. Awful from start to finish. Advertised facilities such as water were not provided-had to ask for repeatedly. Staff generally unhelpful and unfriendly with odd exception. Room dirty, with mould in the bath and also all over the shower curtain, and dust everywhere, old stains on beds and bed heads and old toothpaste not cleaned from sink. Room uncomfortable with lack of lighting leaving it dark. Beds very uncomfortable as you can feel every spring in the mattress when trying to sleep. Beds only had a sheet over the mattress with no additional sheet to use as a cover-I used the sheet from the other bed as my cover. Sheets were not washed or changed during the whole duration of the stay. Pool is small and dirty with hard wood sunloungers with old cracked cushions with no padding left. There is a extreme lack of shops in the local area and no restaurants, only cafes within 15 min walking distance. Certainly no bars. The local area really is dead apart from traffic going by. Its close to the main day time tourist attraction in Hue but it is far better to stay outside the citadel and simply walk in for the day.

Le pire hôtel de notre séjour au Vietnam Les photos datent de plusieurs années à mon avis. Tout est moisi, la salle de bain les murs en général. Aucun travaux depuis des années ni aucune rénovation ni maintien en état des lieux N’espèrez pas aller à la piscine vous rafraîchir elle est inutilisable Fuyez cet établissement !!!

Ho hum stay, but a decent price.
Cleanliness of the room was adequate despite the dead cockroach on the floor when we arrived. We did need to beg for towels and bath mat. Reception staff was very pleasant but the breakfast staff unsmilingly indifferent. The pool area was just okay but the pool shower was really dirty. Many times we witnessed rats running through the garden area. Overall, it was just okay.

great area!
location was super - just across the street from the old palace. however the place is not well maintained and in poor conditions. the room at the corner had a nice widows, it helped to air out a smell; beds was old to the point the mattress springs was piercing into the body. nice gardens and small pool at the back facing the walls of the palace is a cozy spot. the place in desperate need for the upgrade.

Why does Expedia even advertise this hotel?
I really think there should be a minimum of services and good customer reviews for any website to even advertise this hotel. We booked quickly without checking reviews and this is what we got! Location: the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Imperial City, but this is a ghost town part of the city for a tourist, with no restaurant options and only a couple of cute cafés. The streets are hardly lit on this side of the citadel. Hotel: sad sad sad situation all over the board. No top bed sheets to cover at night, smell of mold is nauseating, shower curtain was so moldy and dirty that I put all my effort into not touching it, no breakfast buffet but made to order, staff turned on music at 6am to the max!!

Hue na jeden dzień.
Hotel z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją. W ofercie śniadanie miało być bufetem, natomiast w rzeczywistości był to wybór podstawowych pozycji z menu śniadaniowego. Bezpłatna woda butelkowana okazała się płatna (po dyskusji z recepcją mała woda butelkowana była bezpłatna, duża płatna). Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. W okolicy przyjemne i tanie kawiarnie. Dojście do miasta purpurowego bardzo blisko.

Hotel vieillot, délaissé.Les chambres sentent l'humidité, heureusement on nous l'a chargée pour moins humide. Propreté limite. À éviter.Points positifs, piscine et juste à côté de la cité interdite, quartier passant agréable.Le personnel nous a également aidé à réserver un taxi et un car pour la suite du parcours

Fint hotel, ikke noget særligt, men der var rart og rent at være. Udlejer dog et større område i receptionen til arrangementer, vi kunne høre karaokesang (meget højt) på vores værelse til 8 pm. Heldigvis ikke senere, men det er også træls ikke at kunne slappe helt af pga. larmen. Service, rengøring, pool og restaurant er fin efter Vietnamesiske forhold:)

Very sad hotel, very run down pictures shown on hotels.com show rooms by pool given 1 star room. Bonus for hotel very hot water and a poo, l breakfast basic Bonus close to the Citadel Cab fare from town to citadel 30000 dong .

Lovely setting but now very tired
I stopped in this hotel in 2004 and remembered it as being really nice in a beautiful setting. But although the potential is still there, staff numbers are low and maintenance is necessary everywhere.

Budget-friendly hotel close to the main attraction
A budget-friendly hotel very close to the Hue citadel. Clean rooms, friendly staff - we didn’t have to pay for the taxi to the bus station. The hotel has a small pool area. The breakfast is far too small though. The restaurant could also improve its selection of food and drinks. Also, the water bottles in the rooms should be complimentary.

Ce fut un bel hotel colonial .il y a de beaux restes .la chambre etait confortable identique a la description Salle de bain un peu vetuste. Il faut réclamer tous les jours l eau qui est prévue. La piscine est tres propre mais les chaises vétustes Pti déjeuner pas a la hauteur de l etabissement. 1 tasse de cafe, pain,( sans beurre!) Oeuf fruit...

Thanh Noi Hotel is ideally located within in the old city walls, just outside the Citadel walls. This location makes accessing various ancient sites is easy. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff helped to make my stay enjoyable and fuss free.

Nếu như thời gian lưu trú tại Huế ngắn, bạn muốn thưởng thức các món ăn của Huế thì không nên ăn sáng tại khách sạn mà nên ra ngoài 2) Hôm mình đến xui xẻo sao đúng hôm người ta dọn cỏ trong vườn, máy cắt quá ồn, mà lại vào buổi sáng, mất hết không khí yên tĩnh của khách sạn

Ehemals schöne Anlage, die herunter gekommen, wenig gepflegt ist und sehr schmuddelig wirkt. Sanitäre Anlagen funktionierten nicht, Die Poolliegen hatten zerschlissene Auflagen, der Pool war dreckig. Frühstück und Service waren dürftig.

Il y a de meilleurs hôtels à Hué pour ce prix, et même pour moins cher. Le lit est dur et la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre extérieure (chambre standard). La piscine était le point le plus positif. Déjeuner très simple, avec un immense rat se promenant entre les tables.

Hotellet har nok vært veldig eksklusivt i sin tid. Men nå virket det litt gammelt og det så ikke så rent ut på rommet. Servicen var veldig bra, de var ryddige og hjalp oss med alt vi trengte uten å være pushy. På hotellrommet hadde det vært fint med en dyne eller et laken, der var bare gamle pledd som ikke luktet så godt (heldigvis hadde vi med oss lakenpose). Cafe og deilig frokost var i hagen rett utenfor i pene paviljonger.

No esta mal del todo ...
El hotel no era como esperábamos teniendo en cuenta fotos y comentarios (habitación muy vieja, camas algo incomodas, una de las sabanas estaba sucia, la piscina muy sucia por lo que nada apetecible el.baño...) Para una estancia corta y si no necesitas de lujo no esta mal del todo x su ubicación (al lado de la ciudad imperial) la amabilidad del personal y el restaurante que no estaba mal.

Greit hotell med praktisk beliggenhet ved Citadel.
Helt greit hotell til en billig penge. Flott hage og kaféområde. Et lite basseng. Rommene var enkle og litt slitt, sengene harde, men helt greie. Litt utenfor sentrum, men rett bed Citadel. Alt i alt mye for pengene.

Il y avait personne à la réception à mon arrivée et j'ai dû chercher quelqu'un... L'allée de ma chambre était vétuste et mal entretenu, tout comme la chambre. Les draps étaient mal lavés. Le petit dejeuner buffet était varié et bon, servi dans une salle de très belle architecture. Le restaurant qualité/prix très correct.
