โOne of my favorite places to stay! A little drive from the Airport but close to a local general store in Makawao. The hibiscus room is a private room facing the mountain and is absolutely peaceful. Everything needed to cook is readily available and the restroom/shower facilities are clean and available inside the lodge. Plenty of activities and amenities to enjoy the property; including hot tub, ping-pong, Cornhole and fire pit. The owners and staff are very friendly and make sure you are taken...
โThe property was very beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We were surprised, however, about the buildings on either side of the hotel. They projected a less than resort feel. Perhaps some sort of privacy screen would improve the situation.โ
โMy room was on the first floor near the end of the building. There was a slight smell when I entered it, but it disappeared in half an hour when I opened the windows. Since it is located near Kahului Airport, reaching the airport within 5 minutes is convenient.โ
