“Good location and nice sized room”

“Great space and quality for cost. Great location, short walk to metro. Very quiet. Just need to make an effort to communicate arrival time when you are close as there is no reception.”

“Standing in the shower, already soaked, only to discover the shower gel dispenser is empty is the kind of inconvenience you’d expect from a lower-rated hotel.”

“This place is neither a hotel nor an apartment. It seems to be an attic on top of a building that has been divided into several small rooms, each with a tiny bathroom, a refrigerator, and a kettle. There is no microwave or even basic cooking equipment, so I'm not sure why it's advertised as an apartment. The worst part was that there was never anyone at reception. During my entire 4-day, 3-night stay, I didn't see a single staff member. Everything is handled through WhatsApp, where an AI...

“Never send me the email with the ibstructions that was supposed I should receive 24 hour prior 3pm when I could access to the propierfy. They advertise that have luggage storage and it's not true! I mailed them asking fir instructions about it and never answred back. The instructions are very general instead individualized and there are many complications to find the front desk. One you overtake all those dufficults it was quiet and easy to be there. Rooms are ok for the price and location”

“Booked and.paid for a river view. Was not available when we.got there. No rebate offered. Parking is a pain and they have no help available for taking luggage upstairs. Two women staff did help with heavy bags. There was no.lift. I would not return O”

“Good.. Just to point out, Sunday all goes quite and not even cleaning staff (no room cleaning / fresh towels on that day)”

“Nice place. Close to downtown, so you can just walk. Stayed 2 nights. We enjoyed it.”

“Quaint little place near the Valley of Beautiful Women. Room was great. Restaurant and bar on site and mere steps from 40+ wine bars. Very helpful staff. If I return, this is where I'll stay.”
