"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."

"There was sauna, hot tub and roof top area where you can enjoy coffee and food. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Seoul although it’s a bit far from the main city."

"Excellent stay and our favorite hotel. Being next to Coex Mall there’s plenty to eat, shop. Close to subway for getting around. Staff were always helpful. Being next to the convention center, rooms can get booked up fast during events. Would recommend booking early in advance."
